PLEASE CALL PAYPAL AND SHOW THEM A SCREEN SHOT OF THE RETURN POLICY! THEY FIXED IT FOR ME! it says on the allwaystore site that they do not require a return if the item is under 70 dollars! Based on this and telling them that I have seen hundreds of people getting scammed they said they are going to refund the peoples money and shut down the paypal account for allway.

Here is the email after I spoke to paypal

SCAM SCAM , PayPal is in favor with them , they just make money out of it. Please stay away money is gone .

Absolute scammers advertise one type of vacuum but send a cheap toy like one that does not even remotely work absolute distcusting scam and Facebook should be ashamed, of themselves for allowing these robbers to advertise on their site and let them rip people off even if you report them no protection from these type of people

SCAM! Placed an order for robotic vacuum, and received something out of toy store. Wheels are not mechanized, requires AA batteries, and is about 10in wide. Basically useless product. So called "customer support" is non-existent, ignoring my request for refund.

scammed here too, vacuum cost $46 return shipping is $130 paypal refuses to offer any assistance other then "return to seller" The one response I got from seller said they "may" refund which I took as they won't. who else can we contact? no help from paypal, no help from CC company. is this just gone?

UPDATE: Paypal refunded my money without having to send it back. Stick with it thru them. They did come through. Of course I mentioned the number of people on here scammed by the same company and told them it smelled like a class action lawsuit for them continuing to do business with a company they KNEW were defrauding the public. Amazingly enough, a refund showed up the next day. Good luck all.

I saw multiple ads on Facebook advertising the V5s Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner and I was attracted to the very legitimate video advertisement, description, and even reviews which were listed all at 5 stars. Apparently this was all a scam to get unknowing people like me to pay a "low price" for an expensive item, only to get an item at even LOWER quality than what I paid for. To elaborate: I paid $59.00 US Dollars for the vacuum worth closer to $150.00 US Dollars according to Amazon.com but got a TOY vacuum worth around $18.00 US Dollars. Therefore, Allwaystore got a large profit from my transaction. I sent them an email with a complaint and they "acted" shocked saying they would forward the information to their warehouse department, implying it was a "mistake." I have not heard from them since, despite me asking for a refund. I had to escalate the issue to PayPal. They asked that I open up a dispute and would need to SHIP the TOY back to Allwaystore at my own expenses, WHICH COSTS SO MUCH MONEY SINCE THE STORE IS IN CHINA...It is not only about the money that I lost...I lost so much of my valuable time trying to dispute this transaction and trying to state my case. We need to get the word out because apparently nobody is doing anything to shut this company down!

Scam. But if you paid with paypal you have a possibility to receive a refund, but no wait the delivery (they ship a toy to win paypal dispute). Tell instead to paypal that someone hacked your wifi connection placing an order. It worked for me.

Received a totally different product from this scam company and in their website they still promoting the vacuum cleaner which consider the bestseller. Totally crap and please stop this scam company in the web anymore and PayPal should stop trusting these scammed company

Paid extra for rapid delivery. Tracking said it was delivered but I live in a secure gated resort where all deliveries are logged by resident and it never came. Opening Paypal dispute but as they make money from each sale I won't hold my breath.
Further to this review, the item showed on their own tracking page as 'delivered'. On the day in question, I was there all day. I live on a gated estate with 24 hour security who take details of all visitors/deliveries and their destination. There were none to my house. In addition to this, I have CCTV and a ring doorbell that records movement and bell presses to the cloud. There were none.
Paypal are investigating. As they make money from each transaction, I will not hold my breath as others have found, but I have categorical proof that the item never arrived, if indeed it was ever sent. AVOID

I have also been scammed by this company, paid for the v5s pro robot vaccum and received piece of junk. They want me to send back at my expense which is ridiculous when they misled me with this item. I have put in a dispute with paypal but they also said return product at my expense which i am furious about as they are condoning this company to continue their fraudulent practuce
