almanaar Islamic Store Opiniões

I placed an order for 4 bamboo ihram totalling just under £120, and it came in packaging that was sellotaped on one side, torn up on another side, and the see-through plastic cover at the front ripped out completely. It is very disappointing to receive the ihrams in this condition as I had bought them for my dad. I would upload photos as evidence, but there doesn't appear to be that option.

To add further to this, I had bought a couple of items prior to this, so I was given a discount code to use for this order. It happened to be invalid, so I contacted Almanaar but not received a response from them.

Thank you for a great service

Brought ithmid terrible cheap design how do you expect to use it if its got a ball ontop. I think in general the items in this shop are cheap poor quality

Item was shipped straight away and arrived in days first class service

Great service and fast delivery. Alhamdulillah I am a very happy customer!

One of the best saleswomen that we have ever met. Sofina and Saimara welcomed us very nicely and helped us buy exactly what we need. Instead of buying one, we decided to buy four beautiful dresses with their help. All the staff are very friendly and all their products look very nice. Would really recommend them and will definitely be coming back Insha’Allah.

Got these luxe perfumes from this store, and they're my new favorites. Every spray feels like a touch of luxury. Obsessed!

I love your products ordering is so easy as is the checkout and helpful support. Thank you for making it great for me. Kind regards, Maggie Allardyce

Fast delivery, great product

The Quran is very good quality, the paper and the print, the prayer mat that I purchase before is very good quality for the price. The only problem that I have is the tax that I have to pay in my country. Hope Almannar open a store in Europe.

Prompt delivery schedule, Very pleased.

Service is very good. Product is very good quality

Thank you for a great service Al Manaar. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I was sent a replacement for the oud I had ordered which was received and had the spray top broken. Why is the replacement of the oud also broken? I don’t understand if this is a ruined batch, but this isn’t great customer service at all. I am not happy

I found Almanaar store to be EXCELLENT! It s the 5th time i order from them and I ll definitely be shopping here again and again! Even when i made a mistake of ordering a perfume that i didn t want, they replaced it and they called me . The gentleman who i talked to was very kind and understandable!
