Changing order is made easy with service center
Being on a set reorder basis has been a godsend. When I needed to 'take a vacation,' being able to temporarily suspend service was simple and the service center personnel were both helpful and courteous.

I really enjoy this shake
I really enjoy this shake. I brake it into 4 servings a day (4 shakes with 5 scoops per serving) because I am always hungry. So I have one around 8am, noon, 4pm, and then at 9, I go to sleep around midnight. And that keeps me full. I did lose 10 lbs in the 14 day program, and have kept it off. I continue to use the shake when I need a meal replacement, I love the nuetral flavor, and thick texture. I always have a can around.

Worked hard, no luck!,,,
During the fast I was so weak (I had trouble walking, my arms and legs were the worst of all). I had to sit most of the time, although I was able to fast 4 days. I started having breakfast and lunch and a shake for dinner for 3 days. I then went for 2 shakes and 2 meals per day. I continued to be very weak, I did not leave my home for three weeks and now I am off the shakes. I could not do anything, including cleaning my home..I prepared the homemade broth as well and sipped that during the day. I really had my hopes up. I know what this weight is doing to me and it seems as if I can do nothing about it....I was hoping for the energy all these people have and I do not know where to turn now... Sincerely, Annie
