i have recently tried almased and was…
i have recently tried almased and was very unsure at first because i have tried many diet drinks and all left me feeling hungry and not full. however this is working - and leaves me full and satisfied. it seems to stop me wanting sweet or carb foods as usually after eating a meal i am looking for something sweet - this has stopped this. i also use it in the evening when i am looking for something extra like sweets and junk food.
will continue and have just ordered more. it is expensive but i used to spend more on junk and sweet foods.

i beleive ive been hacked
i beleive my boyfriend, Michael Wayne Livelynis actively hacking my gmail accounts, paypal account and anyother account he wants too. i have sent you messages in the past but so far as I am aware, nothing has been done.
Just today I sat up acTwitter account. some how his name was on the recovery information.
I am constantly having to recover accòunts because the passwòrd has been changed.
please do something! make him stop. ive changed my email address. Even my name. Nothing stòps him.

Almased is amazing! I have energy and feel so healthy when I start my day and end my day with Almased. After following the 14 day plan and then one meal and two meal plan with shakes I am able to maintain my weight a year and half later. It is simple and does not require a lot of complicated planning. I am 65 and its soooo hard to loose…
I am 65 and its soooo hard to loose weight now. A Heart Doctor recommended that I try Almased because of 'its content and its easy on the heart'. I'm hooked and I can't believe the progress.
If you choose the two drinks then one meal plan, you will not be hungry nor will you overeat at your one meal. The weight comes down and don't forget to drink the water!!!!
I also found the tea and I drink that 2 hours before bedtime. Let me say that I feel great, energized, and happy, but always need my morning coffee to wake up!
Try it, be honest with yourself about that one meal, and just do it.

At $3.00 per meal, it really does even out in the wallet. As we all know it can be tough to put together a healthy meal for under $3.00. You may check regularly in your local Walgreens, GNC, Meijer, Harris Teeter or CVS flyers sometimes they offer discounts on Almased. Since you have internet access you may check with our preferred online retailers as they also sometimes offer discounts on purchases.
