To jest jakieś nieporozumienie. Na stronie napisane "wysyłka następnego dnia", a po złożeniu zamówienia informacja, że czeka się na wysyłkę 4 tygodnie. Po 4 tygodniach informacja, że przesyłka się opóźni. Później zero informacji. Ja nie wiem czy oni ustalają ten czas od momentu wyhodowania bawełny na te koszulki czy co? Nie polecam

Po 2 dniach od zlozenia zamowienia wyslalem maila z zapytaniem kiedy wysla towar i dostałem odpowiedź że wszystkie te produkty sa "robione" na zamowienie i czas realizacji wynosi 30 dni, a w obecnej sytuacji mają duze zainteresowanie i czas realizacji wynosi 4-6 tygodni...

Dawno nie slyszalem takiej ściemy.

Hice un pedido de 3 prendas y cuando preguntaba acerca del envío siempre me decian que ya saldría, despues de 2 meses dejan de contestar y tienes que estar enviando mensajes continuamente. Nunca te llega el pedido y acaban cancelandolo. NO comprar en esta tienda.

Ordered the JAPANESE HERON ENVELOPE DRESS (S) arrived today & I didn’t even bother removing from packaging, let alone try it on.. the cheap ass polyester fabric was appalling, as was the finishing hems. Seriously… £100 for absolute tat! First time I’ve ordered from Wolf & Badger.. and the last as they represent overpriced poor quality items.

I ordered 2 T-shirts on 21st of April 2025. The e-mail confirmation said that they will ship within 3-4 weeks. A month later - May the 22nd they sent an e-mail saying the order will be slightly delayed. I sent an e-mail asking, when can I expect my order? No response. A full month later they sent a message, saying they shipped the order. It arrived on 24th of June. Both T-shirts are thin and the fabric isn't a very good quality. Definitely not worth the 25 Euro I paid for each. Do not recommend this company.

T-shirt (paid in advance) not yet shipped after over 2 months. Support responded fast but only moved the deadline several times (originally it was supposed to be shipped in 30 days).

Zamówienie złożone 22 maja, dopiero po złożeniu dostałem komunikat, że zajmie ono dłużej. Potem kolejne maile o wydłużonym czasie oczekiwania, zwyczajny wał i przeciąganie w nieskończoność. Ostatecznie zostało anulowane, zobaczymy czy oddanie pieniędzy pójdzie im trochę sprawniej.
Ogólnie za ładnym marketingiem i otoczką kryje się jedno wielkie gó**o, nie polecam.

Inconsistent sizing, useless customer service wanting me to pay for shipping while they made a mistake with my order. The cost of shipping their stuff back is the same as the cost of their randomly sized items.

Zamówione 20 dni przed walentynkami kocobluza, przyjechała uwaga w kwietniu, porażka- nie polecam sklepu jeżeli ktoś chce kupić coś na prezent z tego sklepu bo przyjdzie z 2 miesięcznym opóźnieniem, a co do kocobluzy jest wygodna ale uwaga kaptur szyty na chyba dzieci za tą cene są inne sklepy które ogarną zamówienie do 2 tygodni a same ubrania są wygodniejsze

Zamówienie na jeden t-shirt złożone 31 marca 2025 w dalszym ciągu nie zostało przez tę firmę zrealizowane. Sami w mailu piszą że mają opóźnienia i trzeba będzie poczekać 4-6 tygodni (czego i tak nie respektują). Omijać tych oszustów z daleka!

Ich habe am 16.03.2025 bei AlohafromDeer bestellt. Die Zahlung erfolgte auch gleich über PayPal.
Am 08.06.2025 habe ich dann mal nachgefragt, ob die bestellte Ware denn noch kommen würde.
Daraufhin wurde meine Bestellung ohne Hinweis auf Gründe storniert.
Ein Stern dafür, dass ich wenigstens mein Geld wieder bekommen habe.
Also wer nicht unbedingt ein halbes Jahr auf seine Bestellung warten will, sollte wo anders kaufen.
Und die Ausrede, dass alles frisch produziert wird, finde ich auch irgendwie unpassend.

dziadostwo poliestrowe. miałem już dwie pary spodni i były spoko: skład 70% bawełna, 30% poliester. zamówiłem kolejną parę i proporcje były odwrotne: 70% poliester, bawełna 30%. czuć było tą różnicę. wielki zawód...

Příšerná firma, objednala jsem si 10.12.2024, zaplatila, zboží stále nemám, jen samé výmluvy. Jsem otrávená, už nikdy si od nich nic neobjednám:-((((((

Oszuści!!! Nie polecam nikomu. Zamówienie zostało złożone 30 grudnia, a do 20 lutego nie zmieniło statusu, mimo wielokrotnych próśb zamieszczonych w mailach. Polecam od razu ubiegać się o zwrot pieniędzy (tutaj akurat nastąpił 1 dzień po napisaniu maila).

Ich habe bisher zwei Mal bestellt. Es stimmt, dass die Wartezeit seeehr lang ist,allerdings steht auf der Website unübersehbar,dass die Ware in Polen erst auf Bestellung handgefertigt wird und das dauert halt einfach. Das überlesen wohl die meisten. Die Farben und der Druck sind super. Ich habe mehrere Sweater bestellt, die sind kuschelig weich und auch nach etlichen Waschgängen bei 30 Grad wunderbar. Punktabzug für die Tops, die leider unfassbar groß geschnitten sind. Zu beachten ist, dass nach polnischen Recht die Rücksendungskosten selbst getragen werden müssen, das steht allerdings ebenfalls in den AGB.

I ordered two huggies in mid-december and they arrived 2 weeks ago. The quality was worst than primark snuggies while being more expensive. It already came with part of the colors fainting and with white spots definitely not buying it again.
