Never got my order. I asked for a refund because it was delivered at an other adres, not even in my country. They responded if I could please stop asking for a refund because the order was delivered and they showed me the tracking page.. delivered in an other county... one month later, still waiting for my refund... This is a total scam!

SCAM
Same as other reviews (which I wish I had read before I stupidly bought). 2 rocking chairs ordered and not delivered. Tracking emails sent but the details were not valid and Yodel confirmed no parcel was received. Total scam. Currently going through dispute process.

There seems to be a a pattern from looking at the previous reviews!

Still waiting for my chair from May!

Emailed twice with no response… where do we go from here?

Ordered a pod chair. Sent email as didn’t have any delivery details only to be told by ‘Jordan’ that they couldn’t deliver to my address so would issue a refund within 7 days. That was 15th May. No refund and no longer answering emails. Will request chargeback through my credit card.

My bank has raised the dispute and the cheek of the company to send me an email stating they wanted me to cancel the dispute as the chairs had been delivered on a completely different date and time to the link they sent me
No photo of delivery provided and the cheeky tw**s actually said could I contact their team to discuss the delivery issue which I have at least 5 times!!!!! Contact your bank guys and raise a dispute via the account

Absolutely avoid and do not order from them! It’s a scam!

I placed an order 04/05/25 and after not receiving a shipping update in the advertised timeframe I emailed them looking for an update. I got a reply and was told they were having issues delivering to my location and I would be issued a refund. I gave it beyond the 7 working days and emailed again 2 weeks later to chase this up. I receive no reply and no refund!

It has now been 1month since placing the order and 3 weeks since I was told I was getting a refund.
I then tried to write a review on their website and it conveniently did not appear to upload.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers!! Take your payment and don’t deliver. They sent tracking details which showed the 2 rocking chairs being delivered only it was somewhere in England. I live in Scotland. Don’t reply to any emails regarding the order, just an automated email saying the aim to contact you within 24 hours. They never have !!
So now I am out of pocket!

I’ve read through the reviews only to find the same as all of you purchased the rocking chair from Alomie on the 9 th may they won’t answer my emails no reference number nothing and have not received the chair now we are in June

its ture its a proper scam which i fell for
2 chairs i was sent supposely 2 shipments cause the first one failed to arrive or said it went to N Irland

I ordered a chair at the end of April, had an email to say it was dispatched on the 2nd May and tracking says that it was delivered to an address. I can’t access the photo on the Royal Mail website as my postcode does not match the postcode that it was allegedly sent to! I have tried to get in touch with the company for the last week and no response.
I will be applying for the money back as I also paid on my credit card.
It’s shocking that these companies still get away with this.

Another person scammed, I have contacted my bank to get a charge back. Alomie have contacted me this morning asking me to contact my bank to release funds. Not a chance, I have not received my chairs apparently delivered to Liverpool, I dont live in Liverpool. Cant believe I fell for it. Alomie are absolute scum. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered 1 pod chair 06/05/2025. I followed the tracking info and it said it was delivered on 28/05/2025.... but it certainly was to my address! I am in Northern Ireland but it is saying it was delivered in Peterborough - probably a standard delivery tracking scam / set up!
I have emailed but I have received nothing back.

Bought 2 of those pod chairs after seeing on Tiktok. Tbh I never buy things from Tiktok but the 1 time I do I get scammed.

Chairs took weeks to arrive, and was then "delivered" 304 miles from where I live. Checked my delivery address and it was perfect, no issues there so how they delivered to the wrong place is beyond me, even Evri wouldn't be so incompetent.

I emailed them and the reply said they take 48h to respond, that was 5 days ago, so I'm thinking scam at this point.

Scammed too! Ordered a chair from them which was advertised on TikTok. Got tracking which all looked good until it got “delivered” in Basildon. I live hundreds of miles away in Scotland! No reply after multiple emails.
Luckily I ordered via credit card so I’ll be able to claim it back.

Yet another person scammed by this company. Should have known this was too good to be true, 2 chairs for £52.50...even Temu are charging £80+ for one. Finally reported to my bank and they are investigating and have given my money back in the meantime. Lesson learned...check Trustpilot before buying from these ads!

They need to be stopped taking peoples money and not getting items it’s terrible please everyone don’t go on that site

Same as a lot of other reviews I’ve now read - bought 2 rocking chairs via instagram ad - initially had customer service responses ensuring dispatch then informed of an issue with factory and refund had been sent. Then zero responses despite 4 attempts! Luckily had bought via credit card so dispute raised and hopefully will get money back
