Would give 0 stars if possible- this is a scam. 4 Emails went ignored over a period of weeks, tracking number for my pod chair was to Ireland - far away from my delivery address. I got a refund through my bank but was very disappointed as I wanted the chair. Terrible company do not risk it. They also have a fake trust pilot review thing on their website to trick you

Scammers scammed me be very careful and strictly avoid they should be in prison

Avoid total scam. Ordered a pod rocking chair from tiktok shop. No tracking, wont reply to emails. Have reported to credit card as scam 🤬🤬

Same experiene as other customers. I bought two rocking chairs on the 6th of May via TikTok shop. I paid £52.50. There was no tracking details or email confirmation sent. I reached out to the company on the 14th of May to ask when my chairs were due to be delivered. I got an email back from Jordan Alomie stating that he had issued me a full refund and to allow it 7 full working days. Needless to say two weeks later no refund ever reached my bank. I have sent this company two further emails and they have not replied, other than a standard automated reply that they will respond in 24 hours (they dont). Its a scam. Please do not buy any of their products. I have contacted my own bank today to raise a dispute and hopefully get my money back.

Ordered 2 chairs. Never arrived. No further correspondence from the company. Appalling. Complete SCAM!!

Beware of ordering anything from this site. I ordered 2 chairs which never arrivedand the tracking says delivered to uk...clearly states my address on the order confirmation. Have contacted them multiple to contact and no response at all. It appears to be a complete scam!!

Total scam. Spoke to my bank and it’s being refunded. Wish I’d seen these reviews before

Sent my order to a whole different country. If they even sent it. Doesn't answer emails.

Bought 2 pods for £55.50 , they took the money and on the site said they got shipped.3 weeks later got told they was at Peterborough depo, and yodel should be delivering them. On the site it said they where posted. What a joke and a scam I've emailed them three times in the last 10 days never to receive a answer. I'm a disabled women, it's disgusting, people's money just taken for their own greed. I need my money but like others I guess it's gone now

They want closing down, same as other hard working people, complete scam brought 2 chairs no email no dispatch won't answer emails
Something needs doing about this not just ignoring so more people get ripped off
They blocked me off there website now due to me advising them that they are nothing but scammers
As for letting them know what difference does that make they already no what they are

Scam , saw ad on tik tok. Ordered and sent tracking. But delivery in Northern Ireland. Not my post code. Messaged countless times but no response .. trying to get refund but just saw another ad on Facebook.

Orderd the 2 pod chairs recieved tracking info tracked them n dey were delivered to a place in England sent 3 emails no response I had used klarna pay so contacted them they put a charge back on it and within 20 mins of doing this I recieve an email from alomie asking me to cancel chargeback as items were delivered obviously I replied back n told them d situation no reply back contacted yodel as they were delivery company and the tracking numbers they issued are not recognised by them they have no info on said delivery

Scam. Ordered rocking chair. Said it got delivered in the letterbox. Emailed the company twice. No response. Avoid at all costs

Complete and utter SCAM! Do not use this company. Same as the rest of the reviews.
Ordered 2 x pod chairs, first ordered didn’t arrive so contacted the company. Some person called Jordan emailed back saying that my parcel never got sent so, they provided me another set of tracking details and advised that they would also be sending a free blanket to match the chairs. 15 days later, still no delivery. Contacted customer service again and now being ignorned. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Absolute scam...same as other reviews. Ordered chair, said I had wrong tracking. Re ordered and for me plus free blanket...never showed and no response to any of my emails.

Like everyone else the only thing delivered by this company is shocking fraudulent service

Goods ordered and never received although their tracking shows was delivered 78 miles away...I doubt it was the chairs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Same as everyone else, ordered 2x rocking chairs, company finally dispatched but delivered to a different address. Suspect it wasn’t the actual chairs. Contacted company via email 3 times without any response.
Put a claim in with my bank to get it refunded.
Fraudulent company. Do not buy from them!
