My experience excellent service assisted me to get the correct product I needed

The worst company to deal with, Angela is the rudest, most unhelpfully person I ever had to to deal with she should be kept FAR away from any guest contact, terrible terrible service, will NEVER Recommend, besides the fact that I am stil waiting for the rest of my order, NO communication, and this is three months later, my advice, close the doors and take some customer service courses before doing anything else, terrible!!!

Great communication channel.
Unfortunately part of job was not completed, but was immediately rectified with no additional cost to our company.

Was a slow delivery, i had to follow up a few times before someone could give me the correct info on what's happening

I appreciate the help when I called in for information as I ordered my machine online and was happy to collect my order when ready I was told 7-14 working days which I was ok with nevertheless it look about a month to just be despatched which I then asked for a refund
And to my surprise it was delivered at no cost to my doorstep much appreciated
I was really unhappy with the service regarding the time frame and the wait kindly improve on the despatch system many thanx

Very very very late delivery. I had to buy similar item from makro because of their late delivery yet i had chosen them initially because they had a shorter lead time than Makro. It’s in your best interest not to do business with them

Great service. Giving updates regularly. Also supply of quality product.

They fulfil their promise

This is the most heartwarming company I've worked with. Alpaco Catering donated ingredients for a food drive hosted by Laerskool Helderkruin in Roodepoort to support families in need this winter. I want to send out a BIG thank you to Alpaco Catering for their huge contribution to this charity drive.

The order process was streamlined and easy to do. The website is fantastic to use, very professional with great bargains. Received my order in the UK and was very happy that I did. Thank you Alpaco!

Ordered a product and received something else... Not the one ordered!

I am very upset as i had purchased a product on the 8th of march and it has still not arrived yet and has put me behind on a project that i did stress to the person arranging my order that they must tell me if they had stock and would be here within 5-7 working days. its now the19th of march and it has still not arrived. When i received the tracking number i saw that the package was only leaving JHB on the 16th - so having one in stock was a lie and having it here on time was a complete fail. Now this has cost me more as i had to find an alternative brand which cost me way more than it should have and i think that as a huge fail from your side you should cover the cost that i had to outlay over the amount i paid for your product. How can you fix this issue besides a sorry as it does not bring back the money i had outlay to complete my project.
