Excellent customer service
Your customer service, both on the phone and in person (Bangor store) is excellent. I was disappointed that the $79 headlamp had no packaging whatsoever around it to protect it from bouncing around in a much bigger box. I am hoping it wasn’t damaged as it is a Christmas gift.

False inventory poor communication
I purchased an item online then a week went by with no shipping notification. I finally called to find out what was going on, and found out my order had been canceled because the item was out of stock. But I got no notification that the cancellation had happened AND the item was STILL available for purchase on the website. I hope that this review encourages you all too get a little more organized in the technical/electronic sales department.
