Quick and helpful!
I had a hell of a time getting this specific climbing harness from other sellers, and I called the Alpenglow store in advance of placing my order to be sure it was available. The person on the phone was friendly, double checked the stock in person, and assured me it was available and quick to ship. It arrived exactly as described in just a couple days. A relief after a stressful experience with another seller!

I've always had a good experience ordering off this website. One time an item I ordered was out of stock in the selected color. I got a phone call asking if a different color was fine or if I wanted a refund. If that doesn't say A+ customer service, I don't know what does.
