Attentive Staff
I spoke by phone with several salepersons from Alpenglow concerning a return (didn't like design of product) and they were all extremely helpful. Somehow I had neglected to enclose a return slip while packing the return but Nate went out of his way to facilitate the return process. Will be returning to alpenglowgear.com again for whenever my camping/outdoor gear needs may arise.
