Paid for some great boots on sale Several weeks ago but Nothing has happened I called and was told that well they’re on sale it takes longer?!
The message online I get is that they are still looking for them. doesn’t sound like they actually have these boots.

Quick delivery, arrived sooner than promised, plus my shoes were double boxed to ensure they wouldn’t get damaged in transit. I will place additional orders. Oh, they had a style of Oboz shoes that no one else had in stock, except at a higher price.

Great experience. Accidentally given the wrong shirt. However the labels are very small and the names were very similar. Getting the right shirt was hassle free and a refreshingly pleasant experience!

I ordered some shoes, and checked in on the website after not receiving them for a couple weeks. The order showed cancelled, though my card was charged. I reached out 3 times via FB Messenger and email, to no response. After 4 weeks, a refund showed up in my account. None of this would have been a problem if any attempt at communication had been made by Alpenglow. Will not be ordering again.

Great prices and service

I hate leaving a poor review for Alpenglow because they are a local shop that I want to love shopping at. But I ordered a sleeping bag for an upcoming trip to Glacier and got confirmation of my order then heard nothing. After ten days I called them to see what was up and found out they didn't have the bag. So now I don't have a bag and I'm out the time to find something for my trip. Super disappointed with my experience. I think that Alpenglow is probably understaffed and that really stinks for everyone involved.
