PayPal checkout doesn’t work, but it’s ok.
PayPal checkout doesn’t work. No worries, payment was resolved outside of PayPal. But paypal is listed as a checkout method and doesn’t work. After my order, I received an email saying I needed to pay, and paypal was not an option anymore.

Different from what I ordered
I ordered a Grivel Twin Gate carabiner and I received a different model than the one that was shown on the website. I revived the belay device model instead of the typical pear shape.

Great price and nice staff but part of my order was canceled because it was not in stock
Everything was shipped quickly and was a great price. However, I did not receive an item and called immediately. I was informed that the item was not in stock and I was sent an email and issued a refund. The staff was nice and helpful but I never received an email and wish I had been contacted because I would have canceled other parts of my order that I ordered specifically to go with this gear.
