First time order
First time ordering domes and filters for hearing aids and glad I found this site. Descriptions very clear and found what I needed straight away. Prices were very reasonable and placed order. Could not believe it when I received them the very next day. Well done 👍

The receivers seem ok
The receivers seem ok, but I thought I was going to get 5 of each.

I ordered a right hand Bernafon…
I ordered a right hand Bernafon receiver, when it came it had the wrong plug, you need to be careful when ordering there is not enough information on the website to make sure you get the receiver correct, best you call them first, they didn't stock this receiver so it came from one of their suppliers, I sent it back not sure I will get a credit it was £40 the web site only shows you one end of the receiver

I have requested information on how to return this charger which was not compatible with my hearing aids although the online information said it should. I could not charge my hearing aids and therefore the charger does not work. Received on Tuesday 2nd June. I requested info on returning goods yesterday 3rd June
