As other reviews have said customer service is horrible if can even contact them. I am currently talking to Ai bot who is just giving me
Ticket number and have not heard back from them on day 3. I contacted before and was a month and half long process to only tell me they out of stock on item, but probably didn’t matter anyways because from there own website they don’t seem to honor warranty, they just say wear and tear even if only used a few times. They are clearly too lazy to even filter out bad reviews on their site like most companies. I am now trying it get a different
Part that failed and renders cart absolutely useless, hopefully somebody will eventually respond. The cart is also only year old
And first problem was with fifth use. Amendment to initial review, shortly after unflattering review company reached out to me
and resolved speed lock bar issue from 11 months ago and current issue I was able to purchase replacement part, that is not shown on website. The whole process only took a day and a half over email so I am very satisfied from previous attempt to resolve first issue and the current one.

So my biggest complaint is there customer service it’s the worst! I tried calling the number on the site and never an answer. I have emailed and they take for ever to answer. Only reason they answer is because I got a third party involved. The issue is this , I oreded the cybercart with sidekick, I was sent the cart only that I had to pick up at fed ex to pick up and never received the sidekick. Went back and forth a few email about it and they eventually gave me $15 refund. I ordered on Black Friday d
So the deal was great. But when I asked to just get the price for the cart on the Black Friday they never answered. The Black Friday deal was @1097 for cart only but when they refunded me for the side kick my price is more then what they are selling the cart currently on the site $1379. All I asked was for the Black Friday price and there response after a month is just return it. So be careful if you order from them because they just might sell you a used one! Worst service!

I purchased the Cybercart + Sidekick (Auto Follow Caddy) during their Black Friday Sale. Ten days later I cannot get any shipping information. When I call their 800 number it just rings and ultimately you can leave a message. The Bot on their website is not working at all. Their website is no help as well since there is no shipping information or any order status says where or in what status the order is in. So my my take is that Alphard's customer service is bad at best. I mat ultimately get my cart and love it, but they have to do better at communication.

I have and have had an Alphard 2 for last 2 yrs or so. Had the the Alphard 1 and did the upgrade. Fan-freaking-tastic. The upgrade was a game changer. Makes the V1 into a V2 instantly. Can't really tell the difference between the two. (I play a lot of golf).
Back to the Alphard V2. I have been using a Sun Mountain Speed cart as my cart. I truly believe SM is the best push cart on the market. Decided to go purchase the Omni cart on a whim during Black Friday sale. OMG the pics do it no justice. Played 1st round w/it today. The moving 3rd wheel is a huge improvement. The cart performs the way it was intended to. Spins on a dime. The construction of the Omni is stronger and nicer than pics show. The price is more than fair. If you do not have and find a Omni Cart buy it.

Purchased a golf cart at a discount as part of a presale. Excited to get the product in approximately two months. Just before the product was scheduled to ship, I received an e-mail informing me that my wait would now be almost an additional two months. Customer Service was polite and apologized, but I found this unjustified delay unacceptable. I asked for some kind of compemnsation for this inconvenience that made my wait almost twice as long ... on a modest warranty extension was offered. I cancelled my order. This company is still offering discounts for presales. Be careful!!

Outstanding service from start to finish. The customer service representative, Peter, was extremely helpful and quick to provide correspondence and assistance. Couldn't ask for a better experience overall!
