Die Firma hat den Auftrag erledigt. Ich hatte jedoch darum gebeten, mir die Übersetzung vorab per E-Mail zuzusenden, damit ich überprüfen kann, ob alle Angaben korrekt sind. Auf meine E-Mails hat die Firma jedoch nie reagiert.
Außerdem habe ich um die Ausstellung einer Rechnung gebeten, was ebenfalls nicht erfolgt ist. Ich habe lediglich einen Lieferschein erhalten, auf dem „bezahlt“ steht, jedoch ohne Angabe eines Betrags.
All dies hat zu Schwierigkeiten geführt.

Leider können wir Sie anhand des hier verwendeten Namens nicht als Kunden identifizieren und können den geschilderten Vorgang daher derzeit nicht nachvollziehen.
Grundsätzlich wird bei allen unseren Aufträgen eine Rechnung erstellt. Die Aussage, dass keine Rechnung ausgestellt worden sei, entspricht daher nicht unseren üblichen Abläufen. Ebenso beantworten wir Kundenanfragen und E-Mails grundsätzlich und bemühen uns, auf individuelle Wünsche und Anmerkungen einzugehen.
Da wir den Vorgang momentan keinem konkreten Auftrag zuordnen können, gehen wir davon aus, dass entweder ein Missverständnis vorliegt oder die Bewertung möglicherweise nicht einem Auftrag unseres Unternehmens zugeordnet werden kann.

Critical Translation Error Causing me to Lose £300!
I received a translation from this company that contained critical translation error, making it completely unusable. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail was shocking. Despite reaching out for a resolution, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I strongly advise against using this company for any translation needs. Absolutely disappointing experience.

The organization is unresponsive to customer emails. The hard copy for my certified translation is now lost in transit, and there is no way to track it because Alphatrad is not providing a tracking link despite repeated requests. Never again!
