I had to return a pair of pants that didn’t fit well and they removed 30$ for the return and in addition they also removed the free shipping for when the order was shipped to me. So they removed a total of 44$!

Garment i purchased not delivered to my address; Evri not interested in helping, so the company you guys rely on for delivery is incompetent, despite their own photographic evidence of parcel being delivered to wrong house. I would like my money back

I was able to get a Cotopaxi Alivio Down jacket for $165 in Chocolate brown - that was a great buy. The shipping was faat, it was well packaged - the tissue paper had a slight musky outdoorsy scent to it (it was pleasant, not in the least overbearing, nor did it translate to the jacket) I was very pleased with my purchase.
