Horrendous experience. Ordered some T shirts. One size was wrong. “Jo” replied to the email I sent reporting the issue. She asked for photos which I sent. She saw the issue and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I asked for a refund and asked for a QR code I could use to return the faulty t shirt. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back despite three chasers. I am astonished that they can operate like this.

Ordered 3 T-shirts as Christmas presents on 8/12/25, I received regular tracking emails up until 18/12/25 - when reportedly the order had got to the Evri delivery hub. Then radio silence. I contacted them on 4/1/26 as per the advice from the shipping company, and had a very polite email back on 5/1/26 from "Jo" saying they would arrange for these to be sent again to me. I have heard NOTHING BACK from Alpine rush since despite 3 follow up emails. I'm really sad that 3 people didn't get their Christmas presents - though reading the reviews given above sadly I suspect they may not have been quite as good as I had hoped. BUT to not have anything is deeply disappointing. I would like to a full refund.

On 20th of December 2025 I've ordered two tshirts from this company. The shipping lead time was declared as 2-7 business days. No shipment notification, nothing. I've sent an email on 3rd of January asking where the shipment is. I received a standardized email saying "the orders are processed within 2-7 business days". No mention of the fact that 2 weeks had already passed since my original order. On 11th of Jan the t-shirts arrived. The fabric is coarse, the printing is of poor quality, I doubt it will survive the first wash without cracking. Nonetheless, my son liked the design of one tshirt and said he'd wear it skiing. The other, he didn't like. I have contacted the company by email asking for instructions to return one tshirt. That was 10 days ago. Despite reminders still radio silence. Shambles from start to end really. Do not buy from this company.

I have been trying to organise a refund for weeks but this company won't get back to me. Don't know what to do now.

Having written a fairly critical review yesterday, I started receiving shipping updates & a response to my e-mails, Perhaps the way forward is to submit a poor review on this site. Goods arrived today, the designs are good, the quality looks pretty reasonable but as per other reviews the packaging is minimal so overall presentation on arrival is not too good

Really average quality t-shirt. Overpriced. Poorly wrapped. I would not buy from them again.

The plus: Nice design and T-shirt quality is good
The minus: T-shirt arrived crumbled without any protective packaging ( apart from the plastic wallet used for shipping of course) . The print quality looks and feels questionable so we are not sure if it can be ironed. The business did not offer any information when asked if it can be ironed. They only offered a refund without answering any questions properly. Cannot be recommended if you want to order a gift as the T-shirt just did not arrive in a giftable state.
