Alpinestars Airbag tech-air 3 V2 pessimo prodotto

Ho acquistato un Alpinestars Airbag tech-air 3 V2 e mi sono trovato malissimo. Oltre alla pessima vestibilità, ho in pochi mesi avuto già due grossi problemi. Il primo, non si attivava più; il secondo, non ricaricava più. L'attivazione non è immediata e può anche essere laboriosa. Chiaramente il sistema di attivazione è stato mal progettato. In precedenza, ho utilizzavo l'airbag di Dainese con il quale invece mi sono trovato molto bene.

Really disappointed with the service…

Really disappointed with the service from Alpinestars. I ordered a jacket and trousers but received a pair of boots. Initial customer services were quick to reply but now they have gone quiet, can't guarantee I will get my items shipped out as they "might be out of stock" and will not ship until I go through an outdated returns process that requires me to have a printer and use UPS.

Is it really so hard to send out the items that I ordered!

⭐ Trustpilot Review (TikTok Biker Warning)

Title: Bikers Beware – TikTok Seller Using the Alpinestars Name Looks Like a Scam

This review is for anyone seeing biker leathers, gloves, or protective gear advertised on TikTok.

I ordered items from a TikTok seller using the Alpinestars name. Months later, nothing has arrived. The tracking number they gave me does not exist on any courier system. I contacted them four times asking for a valid tracking number or any update, and I received no proper reply.

Only afterwards did I discover that this seller is not the real Alpinestars brand. It appears to be a copycat operation using the name to target TikTok customers. I also found other reviews reporting the same issue — orders disappearing, fake tracking numbers, and people calling it a scam.

At this point, I believe this TikTok seller may be operating fraudulently. No delivery, no real tracking, and no customer support.

If you’re a biker looking for leathers or gloves, please be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, please take this review seriously before continplating buying from this seller on TikTok.

Muy buena la verdad. Yo lo recomiendo.

Muy buena la verdad. Repetiré experiencia. Tuve un pequeño problema con el casco porque era la S pero me quedaba bastante justo de mejillas y escribí y lo cambié por la M y no a habido ningún problema. Casco bueno , gafas buenas . Buena calidad y era justo lo que buscaba .

Qualitätiv sehr gute Ware, besitze die Bogota Pro Jacke und trage sie gerne. Leider passt die zugehörige Hose in kurzgröße nicht. Die Knieprotektoren sitzen selbst gebeugt unterhalb des Knie. Auch die Größeneinteilung ist etwas spannend, ich musste Größe XXL bestellen, bei Rukka z.b. hab ich Größe 50 in Hosen was jetzt nicht unbedingt rießig ist

One star

One star. I bought an Alpinestars Absolute V2 suit with a Plasma airbag. In my accident, the side that hit the ground held up. But the airbag tore a 200 mm hole on the opposite side. I’ve waited since November, calling multiple times, and received no explanation. If Alpinestars believes this isn’t a defect, I need to understand why. This is a serious safety concern for others. I’m open to resolving this directly, and I’ll gladly update this review if we can address it. I just want clarity and a fair resolution.
