More than a year ago unsibscribed from their plan.
I've not been using their service for 14 months.
This week they are trying to charge me USD180.

Beware when you purchase from this company ,after your 1st purchase they enter you into a subscribtion without your knowledge and continue to take payments from your bank account.

This is definitely a scam site. Their programs don't work. I've requested a refund, but neither my email nor customer service has responded. Terrible service.

I cancelled my subscription with Allura after an unauthorised renewal last month. Their support team acknowledged this and issued a refund at the time.

This month, the subscription was reactivated without my consent and a new charge was initiated. When I logged into my account, my previously removed billing details had been restored and the plan was active again.

I cancelled the plan immediately and contacted Allura again via both email and live support chat.

Unlike last time, I have received absolutely no response.

It has now been several days, with multiple follow-up messages sent through both support channels, and there has been no reply to my emails and no reply in the live chat.

I am now being forced to involve my bank to prevent further billing because I cannot remove my card details from their system.

This lack of response is extremely concerning, especially given that this issue has already occurred once before and was acknowledged by their team. I would strongly urge others to be cautious when signing up for recurring billing with this service.

Great service, yet would be great to be able to pin to Pinterest all the 20 photos from listing instead of just 10, and the tag searching system would be better if it advised more theme-related tags instead of just word-related.

The site has been great about helping to rewrite my listeds and providing scores of how well they’re done.
The ads have been horribly deceiving. All that’s happened for my business is that I’m spending more money on ads. No increased traffic. No increased sales.

This tool is really helping me to craft better Etsy listings and to understand why my photos were not satisfactory.

I've just joined Alura, and I am surprised how good it is, they've given me so many finite and accurate tips and notes as to how to improve my Esty Listings.

I only discovered Alura a few days ago but I am totally addicted. It helps improve your listings to contain more good keywords and sound more catchy. It also pins your listings on Pinterest automatically saving you a lot of time. It has so many features that I haven't had a chance to look at yet. Hopefully I will see a big difference and improvement in my Etsy viewings and sales going forward.
