I’m still getting used to the website, and while I’m new to e-commerce and selling products online, the support system makes the learning process feel manageable. My biggest challenge right now is Facebook and creating a catalog, but I know I’ll get there!”

This tool is insane! You can really see the details of any listing on Etsy so you can do really in depth research for your store on what works well and what doesn't. I highly recommend this!

I signed up with them originally for under $50 and stopped using the service months ago and did not know they would autobill. They autobilled for an annual renewal amount of around $240 and I noticed it on my credit card statement 10 days later. I contacted them right away to get it reversed and they would only credit me for around $160. Ridiculous.

Everbee is my go to tool. I’ve relied on Everbee research to build two successful Etsy stores, and I’m getting started on a third.

Finally found my way to a dashboard.
Then I was advised how to cancel.
Followed the instructions.
Received a message saying you could not make it work.
Then resorted to using your robot chat.
Someone confirmed it is now cancelled and booted me away without even a "Can we help? Is there something we can do?"
You really need a customer service department unless this is all a scam to get quick money and not really offer a service.

Update:
After emailing again and having Everbee review my situation their customer service was responsive and provided me with a reasonable solution. I appreciate how quick they fixed this for me.
I signed up for their Black Friday deal last year for an annual subscription. 6 months in I stopped using their services and forgot about my account. It automatically renewed. I never received a renewal email or even an email after the charge went through- nothing! I didn’t realize I had been charged until 2 weeks later when I received a statement from my bank. I emailed to cancel and get a refund, but their policy states they’ll only give a refund within 3 days of the charge- how convenient for them when they don’t even email you about the charge. I haven’t used the service or even logged in in months yet they would only offer me an 8 month prorated refund. I’d be happy to pay for 1 month since I’m outside of the 3 day policy, but why do I have to pay for 4 months of service I won’t use? Ridiculous. Customer service didn’t even care I was upset over the situation- they just wanted to be rid of me. What an awful scam. Stealing money. I can’t believe a company would treat its customers this way.

I’ve tried more than five times to complete purchases, used a different email 4 times as instructed, and never completed the transaction.
I really wanted to take advantage of a special you ran, as well as the Done For You offer, I just got exhausted with the process.

They make cancelling annoying, multiple confirmations, and shady practices. Will charge you after cancelling then say they only offer refunds for 3 days.

Everbee Store has been the easiest platform I’ve ever used to start a shop. The setup is simple, the tools are intuitive, and everything just works the way you expect it to. If you’re launching a new store or want a clean, straightforward place to sell your digital products, this is the perfect starting point. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth the whole experience has been. Highly recommend!

Everbee is a game changer. It makes starting your own site so easy. I have tried lots of different services but everbee is by far my #1. Can't wait to finally succeed with my POD dream

I'm pretty technologically challenged, so the fact that I was able to set my own website up pretty seamlessly was super helpful. I've definitely had some struggles since setting it up as far as getting everything on the back end figured out, but I think the majority of the problems I've encountered have really been at my own fault. The onboarding call would be super helpful I'm sure if I would take the time to use it. I just need to take the time to try and figure it all out, but the resources that Everbee has offered have been great.

Regretfully, everbee proved to be a fraudulent company.
I was using it last year, but cancelled. However, they did my subscription to annual, and just charged it without my consent.
They refuse to issue a refund even when they know this.
Do not use this company
This app is shockingly bad and doesn't live up to what it promises. Save your money.

It's impossible to unsubscribe from everbee spaming list. You coud try with unsubscribe button or e-mailing them. Nothing works.
