Great trip and EXEMPLARY customer service!!! This is actually my second review for Always Croatia. But I feel compelled to let others know that THIS is a company to a book a trip with. We booked with Always Croatia for a land and cruise trip. The land portion focused mostly on the Istrian Peninsula and our trip consultant planned a very fun, yet relaxing itinerary. Because my foursome was also into cycling, they contracted us with a great bike vendor who guided us for a wonderful day through Istrian vineyards to Motovun. Our Always Croatia consultant also booked a FABULOUS hotel in Rovinj. Hiking, biking, biking, wine- and olive oil-tasting, and fantastic restaurant recommendations. All of the drivers spoke English and were very professional. And our driver from Opatija to Plitvice gave us amazing insights on how to beat the crowds at this impressive National Park. And what can I say about the cruise? Those islands and that beautiful blue Adriatic taking us from Split to Dubrovnik. We had expert guides at every stop telling us all about the history, food, and culture of Croatia - and the Dalmatian Coast in particular. But here's the thing that REALLY blew me away. We had mailed some laundry from Croatia back home to the States to free up room in our suitcases. We unfortunately went through Croatian Post. That was NOT a good idea. But Christy - the owner/manager of Always Croatia - helped us get our package back. It had hundreds of dollars of bike gear and I frankly thought we had no chance at ever seeing it again. But Christy and her staff helped us get everything back. That speaks volumes for Always Croatia's passion for outstanding customer experiences! This is a 5 star company!!!

This was an amazing trip. This was my bucket list trip and I was nervous it wouldn't live up to my dreams. It absolutely did and actually exceeded them. From the booking and planning stages with Sarah, to disembarking, everything was perfect. We added in a pretrip with private transfer and 1 day private tour to Montenegro. Everything was wonderful,especially the private wine tasting on the return to Dubrovnick. The ship and all the staff were wonderful, especially our tour guide Sinisa. The two highlights were the excursion in Ston where we had fresh mussels and oysters and the dinner we had at a family's house. This trip truly was a trip of a lifetime and Always Croatia was fantastic to work with.

Always Croatia came through for us in every way. Besides ending our two weeks with an outstanding small ship cruise, they helped us begin our trip by planning a custom designed land tour, stopping at places we'd never heard of and would never have found. Bike tour, check. Winery, check. Natural wonders, check. History and culture, check. All our hotels, guides and drivers during our first week were friendly, accommodating, gracious, and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our visit to Croatia. Most importantly for us, the whole trip proceeded seamlessly. Everyone’s timing was impeccable. Thank you Always Croatia!

Always Croatia, through their agent, Christy, did a magnificent job organizing every aspect of the trip, including an add on of 2 days in Montenegro. With their app that was supplied just before leaving, we had at out finger tips our itinerary, who was going to pick us up and when, tickets to tours and places, restaurant reservations etc.

Every facet and detail of our Always Croatia cruise was totally excellent - from the facilities and boat and cabin, to the organized day trips and cultural talks and lectures. Most, the staff both during booking and during the cruise were perfect - super helpful, professional, courteous, and just plain nice. I can’t speak more highly of Always Croatia and the cruise. And of course, Croatia herself, is beautiful.

We've taken more than a dozen cruises and this ranked in the top three. It was more casual than I expected, which made it more enjoyable.

The small-group dinner with a farm family was a highlight of the trip, followed by a visit to an oyster farm where we had fresh-caught oysters and mussels, home-baked bread, local olive oil and wine -- all while sitting on shaded picnic tables alongside the water.

The ship was the perfect size for traveling up the Dalmation Coast. The food was terrific. Staff were helpful and friendly. The program director was knowledgeable and patient.

I highly recommend Always Croatia.

Our trip was absolutely amazing with each day being better than the next.
The boat, the crew, and Kruno (the guide)made this an amazing experience for us.

Every aspect of the trip from the planning to the dinner recommendations to the food on the boat to the excursions and tours was outstanding. We knew Croatia was beautiful but the way we were able to experience the history and the culture is something we will always remember.

It started out with the booking process and the constant contact through out the process. Lots of helpful information. The meeting at the vessel with the warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. Ivan our cruise director was fun, extremely knowledgeable always available and there with tips and recommendations at each step of the way. The staff on the boat were fantastic. Two excellent bartenders/ service personnel, friendly, fun always ready to help!! The cabin stewards ( basically jacks of all things nautical) were friendly, ready to help and did a great job all around. The Captain and first mate always found us great locations for swimming and relaxing. The food onboard was amazing. Impossible to tell that there were just two of them in the kitchen. The meals and desserts were top notch!! The country was beautiful and the people very friendly. Not only would I recommend Always Croatia, I already have to family and friends. My hats off to all involved for a truly wonderful experience!

Our cruise with Always Croatia was amazing, we loved it. Beginning with how easy it was to book and plan. Always Croatia sent out information along the way that was super helpful to get the most of our trip and any questions were answered thoughtfully and timely. The ship itself is wonderful- it’s the perfect size so that you can get into smaller ports, avoid the masses and receive personal service. The provided tours and entertainment were very informative and as they were always done by locals, provided a great glimpse of local customs and history. The ship’s staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly which added to the fun. We loved it!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise from Sibenik to Dubrovnik as everything from activities to food to the crew was great. Our director, Damir, was exceptional. And the daily swim stops were not rushed and at perfectly beautiful swimming locations. It helped that we had a very collegial group of passengers, but even without that the cruise was top notch. I would certainly consider another cruise with this company in the future. A final bonus is that the people of Croatia are as warm and welcoming as I’ve experienced anywhere.

My son and I had an amazing time on the San Antonio! We really enjoyed spending time with friends and meeting new ones along the way. The crew and food were absolutely outstanding, and I even received a warm “Welcome Home” email from the Senior Destination Specialist. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — one I’d definitely do again!

I highly recommend Always Croatia. They were great to do business with. The trip was great! The ship was nice, good food, staff was fantastic especially Ivana our tour guide and Anastasia one of the servers. We loved Croatia with its beautiful landscape, crystal clear water and perfect weather.

We had an incredible week cruising Croatia with Always Croatia on the Desire! The boat was beautiful, the crew was amazing, and the food was delicious. We loved every stop — Dubrovnik, Korčula, Vis, and all the other gorgeous spots along the way. The daily swim stops in the Adriatic were the absolute best! Truly an unforgettable trip. 🌊🇭🇷✨

First of all, I really appreciated how responsive Christy was to all of our questions. The hotels on land were beautiful, comfortable and very clean and our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. On our own we joined Carmela's evening food tour in Zagreb and loved it. Our ship MS Desire was, also, very comfortable and clean. The staff, including our director Kruno, were fabulous and we had outstanding meals onboard. A surprise birthday celebration with a beautiful cake was quite fun and enjoyed with my new friends! I appreciated our free time at the ports, being able to explore on our own and eating at local restaurants. I would certainly recommend Always Croatia to anyone who would like to enjoy Croatia. Although we didn't do this, I would recommend staying in Dubrovnik a little longer and doing a day trip to Montenegro.

It’s difficult to find the right words to describe our wonderful Croatian cruise with Always Croatia. From the hospitality of the all-Croatian crew to the extraordinary beauty of every stop, to the almost daily swim stops in crystal clear water, ours was truly a memorable cruise.

Always Croatia is the way to see Croatia! This experience was top notch, from beginning to end. I have used many tour groups over the years, and Always Croatia is at the top. Christy in the US is a great coordinator, and our crew and guides in Croatia were superb at customer service. The ship was clean and comfortable, the meals were delicious and locally inspired, and the locales for swimming and touring were beautiful. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our time was enjoyable. And a lot of the fun was the small group of travelers we bonded with in our week together. There are many companies to choose from for your tour, but I totally recommend Always Croatia.

Our trip to Croatia (Dubrovnik to Split) on the MS Premier was fabulous. We started with a couple extra days in Dubrovnik, which I highly recommend. You can’t possibly explore this beautiful walled city in just a day. Once on the ship we got a warm welcome from the cruise director and crew and met the other 28 passengers. The ship was well appointed and had plenty of space to relax, read or socialize with other passengers. The ship made stops each day for swimming. The walking tours were quite interesting and were guided by local tour guides. While the food on the ship was excellent (and plenty of it), we also loved eating at local restaurants on each island. Reservations were recommended, but we found it quite easy to walk up to most any restaurant and have dinner.

We were so fortunate to have a delightful crew on the ship. Each and every one of them made us feel welcomed. It was fun getting to know them.

I would highly recommend Always Croatia if your travels take you to Croatia. They were so easy to work with, and responded quickly to our questions. The trip was very well organized and thought out. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We loved our Croatia trip, and leaving it all in Christy's hands made it relaxing and stress-free. Being on a small boat was incredible - swam in the Adriatic Sea daily, ate breakfast and lunch on board, then on to small, quaint Croatian islands for exploring and dinner. Great trip.

Oh my goodness we had an absolutely incredible time with Always Croatia. We debated between two Cruise lines and I have to say it was definitely one of our most wonderful vacations to date, and we travel a Lot!. Everything with Always Croatia was top-notch, professional, and filled with pride and kindness…
From the communication of Ana Maria and Sarah early on, to Captain Luka of the San Antonio, to Ivana, our Amazing cruise director who was absolutely wonderful, to Šimun the bartender and life of the party! The darling kind girl who did the cleaning of our cabin, went way above and beyond…all was Perfect!
We will definitely look forward to hopefully joining you again in the future!
The itinerary was great and the cabin very roomy and comfy! The ship met all our expectations. The pick up and drop off drivers were also much appreciated.
