I’ve been going to Maisie for a while…
I’ve been going to Maisie for a while now having lost faith in / never being able to get an appointment with, my previous injector. I now routinely book with Amaise for Botox and have also had lip and facial rejuvenation filler. She is by far the best I have been to so far and I am always complimented on how natural and subtle the filler is. Trust her whole heartedly!

I have been to Amaise Clinic for a number of years now, and have never been anything short of astounded at the results. Maisie and her team work incredibly hard to ensure the results are not only safe and effective, but up to world class standards.
Maisie has completely given me back my confidence and I couldn’t be happier with the results of every treatment.
Would recommend to every single person looking to rejuvenate their appearance with a highly skilled professional.

Booked with Amaise in November 2025. I agreed to the terms and conditions which was a prerequisite for treatment. The treatment consisted of Botox injections (2ml) above my upper lip costing approximately £130, the total value of treatment was approximately £450 as cheek filler was also included. Cheeks were satisfactory but the Botox treatment above my upper lip was totally ineffective. Went back for a top up on the 25th November at a cost of an additional £30, waited for it to take effect but nothing happened. Very difficult to contact them, email, WhatsApp and phone calls. Eventually spoke to the receptionist who said you need 4 or 5 treatments for it to work which was never mentioned to me when I signed up. They offered 20% "good will" discount on future treatments rather than put right their ineffective treatment. Very disappointed with the service and attitude after taking my money. I would not recommend Amaise as it's a total rip off.

We strongly dispute the claims made in this review.
We made multiple attempts to contact you via email, WhatsApp and telephone. Communication was delayed as you did not respond for approximately three weeks and stated that you did not want to wait in for a call, despite Maisie taking time out of her diary to discuss your treatment.
It was clearly explained that Botox for smoker’s (perioral) lines is unpredictable and that, due to your age and the fact you had not previously had Botox, further treatments would be required to achieve visible results. No guarantee of outcome from a single session was given.
You attended a review/top-up appointment in line with our policy. A 20% goodwill discount on future treatment was offered; however, your request for further treatment free of charge was declined.
Members of your family continue to attend the clinic regularly, reflecting ongoing confidence in our services.
During follow-up communications, our staff remained professional and attempted to assist you, despite interactions being rude and inappropriate. All terms were agreed to prior to treatment. We stand by the care provided.
