From my experience do not go anywhere…
From my experience do not go anywhere near this company. I have had multiple fraudulent transactions which the company first expects the customer to chase up the closure on which is normally dealt with entirely by the card company and then even when a credit has been agreed they fail to get the credit back on your account. They have come up with every excuse from log in again, will take a few days to technical issues. 3 weeks later still no funds credited. The worst experience!!

It's a very good app based account but…
It's a very good app based account but lots of places to make improvements ie if you needed bounce back loan you can't get it here or you can't make cash deposits basic needs for a small business.
With bank card you can't make payment at Asda, Tesco or any 24 hour fuel at forecourts pumps.

Indeed, Amaiz is not part of BBL program, unfortunately.

Please be informed that it's possible to top up your Amaiz account with cash, at any post office – free of charge, and here's how:
1. Take your card to the nearest branch and request to top up your account. They'll swipe the card on their machine.
2. Hand over the cash and collect the receipt just in case the payment is not effected.
3. The funds will be credited to your account within one business day.
You have also raised a good point regarding certain payment restrictions.
Please note that Amaiz cards can be used as normal bank cards, except for offline-authorisation transactions (i.e. paying in the tube and pay-at-pump).
We're a relatively young company and are still learning.
I will make sure to pass your feedback to our Product Team for their review.

I'm really impressed with all the account features
Verry good bank so far I can't complain about them
I can only say keep moving in the same direction you'll grow bigger and bigger.
Haven't had a chance to speak to a customer support yet cause the app is fulfilling all my need but I'm sure they are very friendly.

I spoke to a lovely gentlemen named Nick. He was super friendly and extremely patient with my on going questions.
Great service and very friendly, the bank itself as I have received more info from Nick is very efficient and I cant fault my start with it.

It’s Amaizing but main problem is doesn’t shows up business name so that’s a big problem.
Amaiz is just Amaizing but main problem is as its a business account but when I pay to someone it doesn’t show my business name it shows just like other personal account! Need to fix it to make it to the competitive, thanks.

I have transferred some money from my…
I have transferred some money from my other business account to amaiz business account and wanted do some payment. This payment has been stopped and I've been asked for bank statement from the account I've transferred the money. They also asked for some invoices confirming where the money comes from and some description of my business. I have provided all required documents and they still keep my account disabled and my money blocked from using. This is the most terrible experience I've ever had with any banks!
