Where’s the returns procedure?

I ordered a coffee machine from a UK website that arrived with a non UK plug! Attempted to contact customer service with no response on the phone or email - £100!!!

Postage costs was not refunded.

I spend a lot on the postage & postage return. Wasn’t refunded for the postage costs.

There are plenty other companies which supply the ‘complete’ tool that can actually be used!!!
