Really happy with my order! The whole ordering process was very smooth and professional, and everything was easy from start to finish. Great prices for such lovely quality products. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Amarae! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a pair of cowboy boots, they were half price at £84. When I recieved them, they came in a plastic bag and stank of cheap plastic and glue, definitely not leather as stated on their web site.
The quality was horrendous. I immediately went to my emails to ask for their return details, I tried replying to the ordiginal email when I ordered the boots, but this just came back to me, so I tried info@lune-london, support@ lunelondon, contact@lunelondon, by luck, I saw the name Amarae on Google and realised it was the same company, so I emailed them, explaining the problems I'd be having, only to be advised that as it was past their 14 days return policy, I wouldn't be able to get my money back!
I just wanted to warn people not to bother with this company, they sell tat and expensive tat at that.

Pretty much same as everyone else. Checked ‘LuneLondon’ had ok Tristpilot views, ordered 2 pairs of shoes, expensive too so wasn’t suspicious about cheap dodgy items. Arrived too small & cannot contact to return

I cancelled within 3 min of ordering- no acknowledgment or refund. This site is bogus and the cancellation policy is a 5 min window!

Terrible. No communication and no replies to questions and the moment I filed a complaint through PayPal the shoes were delivered 2 days later. Shoes size one size too small, too short the shoes quality very poor, smell like a dead animal. They refused to provide return details as shoes too small and of very poor quality.

So many reviews with the same experience. Ordered a hat from Lune London, fully thinking it was a UK based company. My order dispatched and I could see it was being sent from China. After 2 weeks and the event I ordered it for passing, the hat arrived. It had been completed squashed and was so badly misshaped, that it was unwearable and therefore faulty, mainly because they put it in a bag not a box to send it. After some lengthy research, I discovered Lune London had shut down and it was now Amarae - how suspicious! I contacted Amarae the day after receiving the item and have fought back and forth with them for 2 weeks with them offering partial refunds or 100% credit notes to buy something else (I will never shop here again). After advising them several times that their refund policy is illegal in the UK and contacting my credit card company, I have finally received a full (minus postage) refund. Do not order from this company under any circumstance!!

SCAMMERS THAT SHOULD ROT IN THE DEPTHS OF HELL!!!!

Ordered a floral denim jacket from Lune London (now scammer AMARAE) on 23 July, paid £62.95. When it arrived, the quality was nowhere near what was shown in the listing, cheap material that felt like it would fall apart quickly.

I tried to return it and found lunelondon.co.uk completely down. I emailed the support address on my original order confirmation, supportlunelondon.co.uk, and it bounced back with a domain not found error.

As soon as I requested a chargeback, I got a fraudulent looking email asking about the problem with my order. When I replied, that also bounced back.

Later that same afternoon I discovered they’d already relaunched under a new name, Amarae, at amarae.uk, selling the exact same stock. My husband pointed out this looks like a rug pull, where the business disappears the moment there’s a wave of chargebacks, then resurfaces under a different name to keep going.

Neither lunelondon.co.uk nor its support email work, and it seems very likely this will happen again under yet another name. I haven’t been caught out by something like this in a long time and feel pretty stupid for not checking reviews first.

I received a bikini that wasn’t stitched round the edges so the lining was out and on show. I didn’t realise this was a Chinese import otherwise I would not have purchased. Expensive cheap copy. They do not want to refund even though the item is defective and unwearable. They are unwilling to accept a return. Beware do not buy from this site!!

I bought a T-shirt which was far too tight and not near the size I ordered which was medium.I didn't realise that it was sent from China, fully believing this was a UK based company. Trying to return it was almost impossible and I discovered I would have to send it to an address in Canada and pay for it myself. No guarantee I would see that money again or the refund. It fitted a friend so I was happy to let her have it. The item itself is fine, if a bit overpriced. I can't believe I fell into this trap. I should have checked the reviews first. Don't touch them.

Absolutely awful company. This company is a scam. The products are not as listed and it's impossible to return items without paying for international shipping. DO NOT BUY!

Not based in UK - does not deliver products - charges £25-30 for returns.
Cheap Chinese poor quality. Often doesn’t deliver products - I never received mine.

We bought some trousers, they are nothing like what we thought they would be, went to return them to find Lune London doesn't exist as a website anymore but the exact product is on Amarae and it looks like the same set up. Be aware do NOT order from this company. It's a scam.

Was previously trading as Lune London. Buyer beware. Read Lune London reviews before you purchase from this company. I learnt the hard way. This website appears U.K. company, but it isn’t, it’s a smart façade. You can buy same products much cheaper from other websites.
