Bad bad bad. I do not recommend. I have used the company for the second time but unfortunately last item I had bought from them wasn’t how I expected. No strong nice smell and even more expensive. I had contacted customer service in regards to this issue, so we can deal with it but unfortunately no one has contacted me back.
I do not recommend, bad item, bad customer service and so expensive.

I've ordered from Amarante on 3 separate occasions and somehow they have managed to mess up on each occasion.
The first time they told me on the day that they could not fulfill my order on the morning of the day they were supposed to deliver it and had to substitute the flowers I ordered.
The second time they gave the wrong flowers, I assume they substituted and didn't tell me.
The third time they delivered my flowers almost a week after the date I had chosen. Once again they did not communicate with me at all and despite trying to contact them several times they seem to not care and have not gotten back to me.
Whilst I appreciate that sometimes thing can wrong sometimes they didn't even have the decency to message me, let me know or apologise.

Service whats brilliant as always, this is not the first time i have use them and each time they deliver without a let down.

An excellent service and a beautiful gift. I have ordered twice now and will definitely do so again. They are much appreciated by my recipients!

Slight issue with Order 27991 Florist choice deluxe upgrade - but was swiftly rectified and resulting bouquet was simply stunning. Customer support once on the case were polite, professional and dealt with query efficiently.

Flowers were stunning. There was a glitch with ordering online which stated they did but cover the area when I tried to check out, even though the website said they did. I received very quick and helpful response to my emails to sort this out. Would definitely use again
