Always use Appleyard, consistently beautiful flowers delivered on time.

Great choices on website and excellent customer service both before and after delivery.

When I had an issue (not their problem) they were quick to reply and sort it out.

Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed with the flowers received. Ordered some birthday flowers for my partner however when the flowers arrived, all the roses looked like they were dying, one of the lilies was squashed due to the packaging, and the wrapping paper was wrinkled from the small packaging box it was delivered in. Flowers also looked nothing like the images on the website. Wanted to give these over at dinner but it was all just very unpresentable and had to go and buy a different bouquet somewhere else.

What makes this even worse is that I've requested through the '100% happiness guarantee', opened a ticket, and started a chat with support but no response with any option - support chat asked me to send over images for an investigation then did not respond after.

Would not recommend flowers to be ordered from here.

Buying friends for a lovely work colleague who was thrilled with them.

Have received flowers from Appleyard on a number of occasions and have been really pleased with them but my daughter sent me the Lunar bouquet for Mother’s Day and one of the roses was brown and mouldy and detached from the stem while another was heading the same way. Within a day or so all the roses were starting to go brown and withering. Contacted Appleyard and eventually, after numerous emails back and forth, got a replacement sent. This was supposed to arrive the following day but was delayed by the carrier for a day. While the replacement certainly was in better condition on arrival, 3 days on the roses are starting to go the same way as before. I’ve never had problems keeping flowers before and carefully follow the instructions. Very disappointing and certainly couldn’t recommend.

Delivered well within the given window. Packed with care in bud with drip and flower food. Wish sizes were a bit bigger.

Bought these as a Mother’s Day gift and they were beautiful and timely delivered.

Very disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my mum on Mother’s Day. As I couldn’t physically be with her, it was incredibly important that the flowers conveyed just how much she means to me.
Unfortunately the flowers that were delivered didn’t last more than a few days (even my brother’s garage forecourt flowers were still going strong more than a week later!).
When I sent a note with photo via the so-called “Happiness Guarantee” that states my complaint would be reviewed within 24-48 hours, I’ve yet to hear anything. Not even an acknowledgment of the complaint.
I’m very disappointed and quite upset that on my Mum’s special day, she was sent flowers that were already starting to wither.

Why started as a 2 star review, I am pleased to upgrade to 4 stars. This is primarily down to the excellent customer service I received from Max who, upon seeing my initial review, immediately swung into action with a full refund.

I received a plant as a gift which was slightly under Appleyard’s desired standard.
Salome contacted me straight away, and we arranged a lovely Orchid replacement, which came the next day . Thank you for your care in this.

I ordered some flowers for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately they were delivered to a neighbour's address (not Appleyard's fault) and by the time I contacted the friend to check if she'd received them, they were already gone! I'm hugely grateful that Appleyard agreed to re-send the flowers, at no extra cost to myself, and they arrived. A beautiful bouquet. Thank you … particularly to Salome!

Great flowers, great service, competitive prices

I’m very impressed with the service and quality from Appleyard Flowers. I placed my order on Sunday, and the bouquet arrived by Monday lunchtime. The flowers were in excellent condition upon arrival.

I followed the care and arrangement instructions sent via their email, and after sitting on my dining room table all week, they still look incredibly fresh. Highly recommended for both their speed of delivery and the longevity of the blooms!

I ordered the “Grande” (largest size) bouquet from Apple Yard for Mother’s Day and was really disappointed. The arrangement was nowhere near as big as advertised, and many of the roses arrived already looking old and dried out.

Considering I spent over £80, I expected much better quality and presentation. It honestly felt like poor value for money.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here - you can get fresher, better-looking flowers for a much better price at a supermarket or local florist. Definitely one to avoid.

I received 50 red roses for Mother's day which on the face of it was a lovely gift, beautifually packaged
The roses were closed as you'd expect. There were no sachets of plant food in the box as stated on the leaflet. Out of 50 whole roses only 2 have opened which is shocking and the others look dead which is just ugly and depressing
I am really sad to think my daughter who a uni student has wasted a load of money on a lovely surprise for nothing. I have received several bouquets from other companies and never had an issue before.
There is supposedly a guarantee but I have tried entering the numbers on the bouquet on their website and a message comes up saying their system cant find the order. There is no order number inside the box either.
Within 2 hours of writing this review I received a response from Max in their resolution department and a replacement open bunch of roses 🌹 the very next day which do have foliage and the correct plant food so I am pleased that the issue was rectified immediately

Ordered some flowers for mothers day and were delivered on mothering Sunday by yodel!! Great customer service my mum loved them!!

My experience with the company was not bad but not great I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and the roses I received were half dead and the leaves were infected with something causing brown spots to appear, the lilies that were sent were barely close to blooming so all the roses died before the lilies could even open up to which the still haven’t after 6 days of having them. I’m guessing the disease of the leaves extended to the roses since they died in about two days. On a good note I was restored 10% higher than the original price I paid for to store credit and ordered a new bouquet of flowers so hopefully those turn out well the delivery is on point however the quality of those roses and stems were horrible to send infected flowers is not very professional at all. I appreciate a lot however the store credit but my first experience using this company definitely was a downer so be careful when ordering hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
