We have just had the last six windows fitted by Stevie T. Done in two days.
Very happy with his work ethic. And his ability to sort out little problems he may encounter. All looks lovely. Just looking forward to the winter to see if they make a difference . Thank you Steve.

I had Amazing Glazing installed new windows and French doors in my house and, given the weight they put on having a high Trust Pilot rating, I was surprised at how sloppy some of the aspects of their work were.
Firstly, the positives: the windows and doors seem to have been installed correctly, with no errors in measurements, the getting the details of the order correct, or (as far as I can tell) compromises on the energy efficiency of the overall installation.
However, there were quite a few elements where they fell short:
1. When removing the previous doors, decorative tiling above the doors was broken and had to effectively be removed (with the replacement being white plastic flashing). I'm not sure if this was entirely unavoidable, but clearly these tiles were not damaged when the last set of doors was installed 30 years ago and the repair was clear not a like-for-like replacement.
2. There was a lot of rubbish left scattered around my yard when the installer left. I picked up two buckets worth of cigarette butts, styrofoam packing, off-cuts of flashing and old silicone sealant.
3. I had to do a comprehensive test of all the windows and a walkaround of the property to make sure that the installer finished things off. He'd packed up all his stuff when I flagged there was sealant smeared on one of the windows that shouldn't be there, one window needed adjusting as it wouldn't open fully, and he hadn't cemented the edges of another of the windows.
4. One of the issues I noted was a bulging of sealant on one of the window panes. I pointed this out, assuming he'd use a knife to cut off the excess and create a clean edge, but he just gouged it off with his thumbnail, leaving a less obvious but still unattractive ragged edge.
5. On one of the upstairs windows (so fortunately not visible from the street or inside), one of the pieces of flashing was cut about 5 mm short, with the yellow expanding foam visible the bottom corner.
I went with Amazing Glazing in part because they talked about their great ratings and the quality of their work. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, so I had assumed that I would get a quality service, but I feel that fell a fair bit short of this.

Excellent window installation. Both the installer and the sales staff were really friendly and the windows of the highest quality and good value. Will certainly be getting them in to do some more work. Highly recommended.

Friendly Courteous and Knowledgeable Workman. Firred my new Front door without any problems in not much more than a couple of hours. This is the 2nd time I have used them as they replaced my conservatory roof late last year and I was pleased with that as well. Quality of the product and workmanship was superb.

Twelve windows replaced two fitter took 6 hours, excellent workmanship. Clean and tidy when they left. Respectful of property and people

I couldn’t recommend Amazing Glazing in Whitstable highly enough following the installation of our new front door.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Tom, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the process, offering great advice and providing a very competitive price. We originally chose Amazing Glazing because of their strong local reputation, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

A special mention has to go to Roger, their in-house installer. He was brilliant throughout the installation, taking the time to make sure everything was fitted exactly how we wanted it and paying real attention to the finer details. The quality of the finished installation is exceptional and has been completed to a very high standard.

It’s refreshing to use a local company that takes genuine pride in its work and customer service. We’re extremely pleased with our new front door and wouldn’t hesitate to use Amazing Glazing again or recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and competitively priced glazing company.

The two fitters Stevie T @ Ben were fantastic polite punctual , knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything. Made a hard job look easy . Everyone we dealt with were very efficient.

Just had Sam to fit our inner porch door having had Roger do an excellont job on the front door Sam also completed an excellent job which was finished in a morning with no problems wellpleased with his work.ps great job on the conservatory roof

A lovely company to work with, from a friendly, infor.atove but not pushy salesman, through to the excellent Steve & Ash, who fitted and then ensured all windows and doors were installed perfectly. The people in the office are similarly minded, and able to coordinate and sort anything which cropped up. Well worth considering.

I am really pleased with the fitter Stevie who carried out the work, everything run smoothly to start to finish, would highly recommend.

A very professional and friendly company from the first visit with Karen, then the surveyor Ross to the fitter Stevie.
The removal of the old front door and the installation of the new door were done with care. Stevie did a fantastic, professional job. Very polite and friendly. Definitely will ask for Stevie when we have the porch door replaced.

We had our front windows and front door replaced last year by an Amazing Glazing fitter called Ben who made an excellent job so when we decided to have the last rear window done we decided on Amazing Glazing again. This time we had another fitter called Stevie T who was equally as good as Ben. Both fitters were hard working, tidy, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. I fully recommend Amazing Glazing for replacement windows and/or doors.
