Love this company
Love this company! I buy like everything from them especially underwear. They have the best prices, and totally nice CSA for their chat option. I don't like their application though. It doesn't work well on android or even on their "Fire" devices which is weird, but their browser version works really well, and they have great deals for PRIME customers, which I am, and I constantly let people know how awesome and worth the money it is to be a member. Please, let whomever this may concern to do season 2 of Upload. I have to know what happens. Change the actors if necessary, whatever it takes just GET IT DONE! Other than that love, love, love this company.
Abomination of Costumer Support
Bruh, can they actually reply like maybe. And can they at least let one of my orders through without disabling my account. For real, I spend 400$ on it and order a VR headset. And then amazon cancels my order and closes my account, like the f***. They never respond, but when they do it always just an automatic response, and It feels like they don't even read my messages and like I'm talking to a robot. They say: provide billing information of Visa ending in ****. And I reply to them a hundred times that I got a new card and Its info since the old credit card doesn't work anymore. But they just ignore that. And send the same automatic response as If nothing happened.
Stay at Home and TRUST an online sales company!
During this (Covid-19) time in our Country, Amazon has been a wonderful help in trying to keep my family safe. I feel very bad for the retailers as I like being able to see & handle any item that I may be thinking of buying! I actually prefer using retailers and paying 10% or so more. I hope this virus is defeated and we all can use retailers safely & feel that way! In the meantime, I know I can trust Amazon because they are quick and accurate! Thank you for helping me & my family!

I'm using Amazon for a long time. And now that I have a baby Amazon is my first go app. It is very rare for them to delivery anything after the delivery date so they keep good expectations. Returns are also easy to deal with.

Amazon.com is not what it used to be…
Amazon.com is not what it used to be anymore. Over time, the quality of the company's services gradually lowered.
This is my short story: I ordered an item on amazon.com. They shipped it with Aramex... Never heard of Aramex until this shipment. After a little over a month, amazon.com announced me that my order was lost. Like that wasn't enough, amazon's customer service told me to contact Aramex, ask them to find my package, and practically deal with the issue myself. This is not right because I ordered the item on amazon.com, not on aramex.com. Amazon should be the company that chooses mail carriers and solve customers' issues. At this point, all I want, is solving this problem one way or another, and close my amazon.com account. I have no time and no patience to deal with incompetents like amazon.com and Aramex. There are other marketplaces, so amazon.com should acknowledge that there is a lot of competition.
Price gauging at its very best.
In September 2020, I ordered a case of six Kleenex hand towels for approximately $15.00. I noticed that on their website they are now selling for more than $50! If this isn't price gauging, I don't know what it. I've tried to contact them on their website but to no avail and when I call, customer service is not equipped to help me and claims that they don't know whom I can contact. This is really highway robbery. Otherwise, I have no problem with Amazon.

I have removed my financial information from Amazon and will NEVER buy another thing off this Neo-Nazi Gestapo business. I had 12K followers on Parler and have been getting significant business through it which was better than the low lifes that frequent Facebook. I am now shut down and cannot reach my customer base. That means no pay check. If people are smart use your local small business and put Amazon into Bankruptcy! Besides my credit cards were compromised 5 times in 2020 by Amazon criminal employees and their legal department has done NOTHING to stop that fraud.
