Never again
Delivery was more than hour late from the scheduled delivery window ( I made sure to be home at that time so I can bring it in, since most of the products had to be refrigerated). Only part of the order delivered and fresh produce items were either spoiled or smushed all over the bag. Item that stated “delivered” was missing. (Waiting for the refunds)
The rest of the order should be delivered “later” (when no one is home SMH). Will see how that goes.

Amazon Fresh has "Jumped the shark"
Amazon Fresh has "Jumped the shark", of my last 5 orders, 2, ( including today's order ), were never delivered, the other 3 where delivered late. And lately items that I've ordered regularly for years now always seem to be out of stock. This is an "Amazon Prime", household, but with this unacceptable quality of 'service', not for much longer. Are you listening Amazon?

I have been shopping at Amazon fresh on Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Woodland Hills, California for years. I am extremely disappointed the last couple of weeks they’re just not stocking their food. There’s nothing there. I talked to the people who work there and some of them told me that corporate is not sending them enough food to stock their shelves. I have other markets close by that I’m going to go to now because of the horrible job Amazon Fresh is doing recently. I have been a real loyal customer to Amazon fresh but now I’m going to go to Ralph’s, Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s you name it. What happened to Amazon fresh?

I live in Queens, New York near an Amazon facility. I ordered in the morning and requested delivery between 6 and 8 PM. Never got it. Then I got a notation that it will still be delivered that evening. I was the next stop. Never got it now it’s going to be delivered between 5 AM and 7 AM. Oh great. I just got home from the hospital after six daysand this is not what I expected.

If they are trying to lose customers with their endless loop of transfering customer service, they are succeeeding! Half the time I need 6 reps to return a rotten tomoato, and thats after trying to find customer service link for 20 minutes, they do it intentioanlly because they know you have no time and want you to give up. Absolute disaster in customer service. I unfortunately end up lowering the tip if I cant get anyone to help. Pay for prime and get slime.
Delivery didn't arrive and they made no effort to give me a decent time the next day
I scheduled a same day delivery for the only time slot which was available which was 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. I received a message at about 9:00 that it was out for delivery but didn't expect it til closer to 11:00 .. well slightly after 11:00 I fell asleep and woke up at about 1:00 a.m. wondering if my delivery had come I looked outside my door and it wasn't there, only to find a message that the delivery was not coming. they rescheduled it for late night the next day and I have no hope that it will arrive again because these guys probably get tired and go home or lose the delivery when it's a late night delivery. I was always singing the Praises of Amazon Fresh but I will no longer. it's garbage because when I spoke to customer service they couldn't squeeze me in for earlier the following day, today. they should leave some room to squeeze in people that they let down but they don't or at least they don't even try. They actually offered to give me $5. I told them to keep their $5.
Repartidores que no realizan su trabajo
Tenía que recibir mi paquete hoy en el tramo de 21,00 a 23,00 a las 22,19 recibo sms que mi pedido ya llega sigo el rastreo del GPS y veo como el repartidor pasa a 500 metros de mi domicilio y pasa de largo y se pira sin ni siquiera hacer el intento de entregarlo a más de 60 km las 23,36 me llega otro sms que mi pedido va con retraso pero que aún sigue en reparto cuando yo estoy viendo que el GPS del repartidor me marca que está ya en marca Barna en la base y no eh recibido la compra servicio de entrega deplorable y ya no hablemos de atención al cliente resultado las 23,38 el pedido sin aparecer me siguen diciendo que lo traerán hoy ( a horas muy lógicas si) cuando el repartidor está a más de 30 minutos de distancia , no me dejan cancelar el pedido tampoco solicitar la devolución porque marca que aunq con retraso está en reparto y yo mañana ya no lo necesito lo necesitaba hoy son unos sinvergüenzas
Two times within 4 days no scheduled delivery
Two times within 4 days of each order I was supposed to receive my orders between 8pm and 10pm. Both times they did not deliver! I called to find out what was going on and was told the driver did not show up for work, REALLY a multi billion dollar corporation has ONE freaking driver for the 8 to 10 shift!!? BS what a effin lame excuse. Never again.
They cancelled my order with no reason…
They cancelled my order with no reason 1hr before the delivery window and told me 3-5 days on the refund. So now I have no food or money until they refund me and I go to the store and buy my groceries.

Its horrible. Firstly, its not like other brands. You order and then you have to wait till next day for delivery.
Maybe sameday delivery is only available in select regions.
You add products and order them, at the time of delivery they change the items with alternatives without even informing you on prior basis. Then, there's missing items. The delivery guy just sometimes doesnt know that an item is missing. You have to check the items and tell him. And its frustrating that you see an item available, you order it and at the time of delivery they say "Oh no its not available mate!" I tried giving Amazon Fresh a chance or two, but they messed it up every single time.
And the refund of the missing items, gets refunded to your account but it takes 2-3days.
Also if you have other services like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Apnamart etc. in your area, better go for them.
They will NOT deliver to your door 70% of the time!

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. We didn't learn our lesson in that they sucked the previous time we ordered from them a few years ago. Tried again, and it was even worst.
Driver arrived with 4 bags of frozen meals, one had so many means stacked inside that it burst the bag open. When the driver arrived they fell out all over my hallway. It wasn't his fault, it was whoever the irresponsible worker was who packed this. Aside from that, TWO items were missing, and I had to go through a ton of loops just to get a refund. Amazon makes it impossible to talk to customer service unless you're willing to dive layer after layer of links which was intentionally designed to keep you away from any human contact. Most people will never get to customer service. Luckily, I'm perseverant and tech savvy. NEVER FREAKING AGAIN!
Used to be good
Used to be good. In the last month I’ve had 2 orders get delayed and then cancelled. That means I either have to order again and get charged twice while waiting for a refund, or I have to wait 2-10 days for the order to be refunded. Right now I’m out $200. So if I try to place the order again I’ll be out $400, hoping the second time actually works. It has become too much trouble, and too much of a gamble.

Ordered food for my family mainly my kids on a set budget and was told my delivery would be same day later in the day got an email stating it was delayed and I would get another emails before 530 pm that never came and no updates I call customer service and they tell me they can't cancel my order and refund me the money back which is everything I had for food so now going on a full day I have had to now borrow money to order fast food for my kids to eat and still nothing but imsir you have to wait for your order then you when they show up you can refuse it well why the f would I refuse it at that point my kids need the food if shit is delayed and you can't make it within 24hrs refund people their money you don't know what struggles people are going through
You have to join Fresh to order hand cream
I am Amazon Prime member and I have been purchasing Burt Bee's hand cream multiple times from Amazon.com. Yesterday I tried to order it the same way as always, but the system forces you to order it through something they call "Amazon fresh". They add five dollars for tip (!) as well as demand me to pay 10 bucks per month just for ordering one Burt Bee's hand cream (cost is under 9 $).
Just ordered it straight from Burt Bee's company MUCH cheaper and I do not have to pay anything monthly.
Is this real? Can I order anything from Amazon without tip and 10 $ monthly charge (add to my Prime membership)?
Most disappointed
Placed an order fine. Booked a convenient slot and was able to track its packing and delivery. When they were one stop away and just 5 miles from my house I thought all was well with 20 mins of my allocated slot time left. Then they headed in the opposite direction to my house. 10 mins after my slot time and with the van now 12 miles away from me, I got a text to say sorry we couldn’t deliver your parcel and will refund to your account. No explanation given. Having spent about 3/4 hour trying, I’ve been unable to leave a review on the delivery or find out why it was not delivered. Most disappointed, as this was my first time on Amazon fresh and I thought this was going to be a fantastic way to shop in the future. It won’t be.

I've been shopping at the Long Beach store off and on since it opened. Customer service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced in a grocery store, period!
I've had several issues with missed pricing; today was the last straw. I grabbed an item out of the frozen food section marked $4.99. Although it's not my job, I cross-referenced the description with the item. At check-out, it ran up to $8.49. I walked an employee to where I found it, priced at $4.99. He mumbled something about a mistake and then told the cashier it was $8.49 without acknowledging the item was in fact marked $4.99, making me sound like a liar. There have been many other issues; the employees here don't know what they are doing.
I left my groceries and walked out of the store.
Here, the customer is always wrong,even when they are right!
I have been an Amazon Prime member for years. We deserve much better service than this. I won't be back.
