Yesterday was the third time in as many weeks were my order lingered all day and then was finally cancelled at 10:30PM when the order was placed for pickup between 2pm and 3pm. Not only is this inconvenient but your money for the order is held for up to 5 days because you submitted the order.
The inability to fill even the smallest orders on time represents an inability to either correctly manage employees or reduce the number of orders based on what can realistically be filled.

Amazon Fresh has gone completely downhill in the past couple of years. 99% of the time when I make a grocery order I either don't get my order or they completely mess up the date and the time even though I put in the date and time on the app.
The people that they hire through this company are people that I would say alarge percentage wise there are irresponsible. I have gone through so much stress with this company I canceled them today.
The so-called convenience is loaded with so many inconveniences because of the unprofessionalism of the people working at this company. And when I try to reach someone online because at this point we can't reach people by the phone, the person is only on there for 5 minutes and then they switch over to another person and it's usually someone from another country who doesn't speak English well. Just horrible! I'll just do my shopping the old fashioned way. In person, until I find a better business to do my online shopping for groceries.

El día 23 de marzo de 2025 realicé un pedido en Amazon Fresh que incluía varios productos alimenticios, entre ellos una botella de whisky. Al recibir el pedido, comprobé que el whisky era de 200 ml en lugar de 700 ml, como es habitual. Lo adquirí pensando que se trataba de una oferta, pero en realidad se trataba de un producto más pequeño cuya imagen inducía a error, ya que mostraba un formato habitual de 700 ml.
Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, donde reconocieron que la descripción era correcta pero la imagen resultaba confusa. A pesar de esto, no se me ofreció ninguna solución, ni siquiera la opción de devolver el producto asumiendo yo los gastos de devolución.
Como cliente habitual de Amazon.es, siempre he recibido un servicio postventa excelente. Sin embargo, en esta ocasión, al tratarse de una compra gestionada por Amazon Fresh, no se aplicaron las mismas condiciones, a pesar de que me remitieron a las mismas condiciones generales y particulares.
Considero que esta diferencia de trato es injustificada y genera una grave inseguridad para el cliente, sobre todo cuando la plataforma es la misma y se espera un nivel de atención coherente.
Actualizo la situación. Después de algún tiempo, la empresa me ha dado una solución satisfactoria. Aunque pretendía una solución equitativa, finalmente la solución me favorece más a mi. Sigo sin entenderlo, porque no me parece justo, pero agradezco el gesto de Amazon.
Order disappeared from tracking
I had placed my order in the morning, and was given a delivery window of between 11am and 1pm. At 1:15 I received a message that the order was delayed, but still coming. That was the last I heard. When I clicked the link to track the order, a link given to me by Amazon, the only information I was given was "Unable to track order". It took me hours to reach anyone by phone, and they could not tell me what had happened to the order, but did confirm I had been charged. I asked for a refund.
I do not understand how a company can stay in business when they so clearly do not care about customers. I have not been contacted about the problems with the order or offered any explanation. The order just disappeared.
I will not be ordering from Amazon Fresh again.

Annoying trash that needs to disappear, I'll order drinks the next day worth £8 with prime which is fine but then some days I'm forced to used Fresh and I need to spend over £40 with no way to change it.

Don't bother with Amazon Fresh delivery
First delivery they packed my cookies in the same bag as the BLEACH!!!! The second delivery and last! they drove around Miami in 90 degree temps for over 4 hours with my milk, eggs and ice cream. Needless to say they had to go in the garbage. Extremely disappointed. Will not be using them again.

I'll be honest Amazon Fresh is full of it!!! The last order I had recieved, I caught the driver/delivery person kicking my groceries down the hallway of my complex his name was (Edward). I called Amazon (after many attempts) where I was told from a Supervisor to show proof. Like I actually have time and energy to waste on something serious like this. After I spoke my truth (for feeling attacked and my chararcter assassinated) my account was all messed up. I then called Amazon Fresh department where he replaced my box of chips (really¿?) and also give me a 10$ code for inconvenience 🤔 NEVER DID. I found this to be crazy considering the magnitude of someone kicking my groceries...ITS FOOD... THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP, MONEY HUNGRY and don't care about you just their product. This is a story in short I have proof of all I'm saying. Actually trying to find a way to settle this correctly now because there is so much more to this. Choose wisely

Switching to a new delivery service due to lack of support from Amazon
Amazon Fresh is convenient but, every single time the way that they put the groceries in a bag is a problem and the bags break. In my last delivery I received 3-64 ounce orange juice juices +2-32 ounce tubs of yogurt. In the bag next to it was a bag of popcorn by itself. We’ve called to complain with each delivery only to be transferred around to different people overseas who couldn’t address the problem in the local store. We are switching to another delivery service. Just too frustrated with the lack of common sense and proper support

I've had three deliveries and they have all contained items I never ordered or were missing items I did order. Customer service is cumbersome and redelivery schedules are terrible. Avoid this!

i have made a total of 6-7 complaints to your customer service regarding a delivery issue but nothing has happened. a delivery person by the name of BRANDON has delivered to me 7 times and out of the 7,he has followed directions only once! i have a disability & i'm unable to leave my apartment (hence why i get my groceries delivered to my FRONT DOOR) i SPECIFICALLY state to deliver them to my front door but he doesn't. i live on the 12th floor. he leaves them on the lobby floor where they can & will get stolen. he also doesn't take pictures of the groceries when he steals them. there's another delivery guy named LEROY who on 3/24/25 left my groceries scattered on the lobby floor & on the mailboxes. he didn't bother to come upstairs either. he cut off the tracking so i wouldn't see how close he was then the text popped up that my groceries were delivered. he also does this when he steals them. ive had my groceries stolen or "not delivered" twice by these two people. i will have to get lawyers involved because people like this shouldn't be working as delivery persons if they don't want deliver.

Late Delivery- Amazon Fresh
I’m very disappointed with the delayed delivery from Amazon Fresh. This is the third time my delivery has been late. I spoke to customer care twice—first they said it would take 1 more hour, and then later they said another 30 minutes. My scheduled delivery time was between 10 AM to 12 PM, but it has been delayed by over 4 hours.
Cancelling the order may be an easy option, but what about my wasted time? This repeated issue is frustrating and needs to be addressed seriously.

Delivery was sooooo late (not drivers fault but he gets no tip) by 2.5 hours...already left for work. Omg the hoops to jump through to get your money back for totally wasted food.you cant process return on line don't even try i wasted another hour on that

Second time my order didn't arrive; customer service does nothing
Just experienced for the second time my driver just deciding not to deliver my groceries! Amazon makes no effort to get them to you that same day if this happens; they make you reschedule your order and get in the same queue as everyone else. This means the order I placed to arrive today from 9-11 am couldn't be delivered until 10 pm - midnight tonight, which is obviously an unreasonable time for a grocery delivery. When I pushed, they offered me a whopping $20 Amazon credit (this after I spend hundreds on Amazon Fresh a month). I will be switching to Instacart moving forward.
