Do not under any circumstances buy ANYTHING from Amazon Marketplace. Use eBay or even Gumtree. Amazon Marketplace is a scam and should be shut down. I bought a GPS which ended up coming from China, not suitable, missing parts and then couldn't be sent back to China as a bogus address was given. Amazon won't refund, seller won't refund. They just pocketed 350 pounds of my money. Its basically robbery and the next step is for me to report it.

Bein schneidet er am Saum ein, auf Dauer würde dadurch der Fuß nicht mehr richtig durchblutet werden. Ich hatte ihn in Größe 12 bestellt, da mir mein Roxy Anzug in Größe 10 minimal zu eng an den Beinen ist. Leider merke ich zwischen Größe 12 und Größe 10 überhaupt keinen Unterschied an den Beinen, stattdessen ist der Anzug in Größe 12 an der Taille viel zu weit. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich ihn zurückschicken. Auf der Seite wo der Roxy Neopren Surfanzug verkauft wird steht unter dem Artikel KOSTENLOSE RÜCKSENDUNG, selbst beim Anklicken ist es nicht ersichtlich dass man im Falle einer Rücksendung die Kosten tragen muss. Das erfährt man erst wenn man tatsächlich eine Retour beantragt. Das ist Kundentäuschung. Denn ich bin davon ausgegangen dass die Rücksendung kostenlos ist. Nun habe ich die Rücksendung beantragt und muss jetzt die Kosten dafür tragen obwohl weiterhin unter dem Artikel steht: "kostenlose Rücksendung". Ich hoffe andere Leute lesen das, sind gewarnt und überlegen sich dreimal ob sie bei diesem Shop über Amazon Marketplace wetsuit outlet bestellen. Bei Amazon sind die Bewertungen alle nur positiv, ich vermute mal dass die negativen Bewertungen gelöscht oder nicht zugelassen werden. Schade dass man da nicht transparent und ehrlich ist und falsche Dinge hinschreibt wie"kostenlose Rücksendung". Ich werde nie wieder bei so einem Shop bestellen und diese Art der Kundentäuschung macht es leider dass man immer weniger solchen Shops trauen kann wie bei Amazon Marketplace. Ich bin gespannt ob da noch was auf mich zukommt und ob ich bei erfolgter retour wirklich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekomme 128€.

I will never buy from Amazon Marketplace again
Purchased a large used garden item, on the 6th Aug, checked reviews everything looked as a good seller. Delivery was set at 25th Aug/5th Sept, fair enough. On the 2nd Sept my concern was that it had not been dispatched, so I contacted seller asking when this would be dispatched. I received an email from Amazon, saying the seller was no longer with Amazon! As you can image I panicked! I requested a call from Amazon, the agent to be honest was robotic and was not answering my questions, I got increasingly frustrated and requested a manager. The manager, repeated the same information as the agent and said it will be dispatched and I have to wait till it is due for delivery on 5th Sept, 45 mins later I gave up and I am ashamed to say I was not a very pleasant customer, they were not explaining why I had received this email etc. On the 3rd Sept, I woke to email form Amazon, saying the item will not be delivered but not to worry I haven't been charged! Erm yes I was charged on the 15th Aug! I decided I could not speak to them, so I used the online chat, wow. After a lengthy back and forth, I had to wait for the 3 days after expected delivery to see if the item would be delivered, again not answering my questions etc just automated responses. I was at a loss, I requested a formal complaint, for the conflicting information, the lack of knowledge/reasonable explanations from the agents, actually Amazon do not have a complaints process for customers! Ok, how do I register my dissatisfaction of Amazon's reasoniblity to provide some form of protection to its customers from 3rd party sellers? Erm again not a reasonable explanation, I asked for a transcript of the long chat, Amazon do not provide this! I had to screenshot the whole interaction on the chat before the agent left. 4th Sept, I contacted the seller again and again I received an email saying the seller was no longer with Amazon, back to live chat! Tbh, by this time I was dismayed, auto responses again, long delays in responses and absolutely not addressing any of my specific enquires, but I was screenshoting as I went along! After several message, and requesting a formal complaint I managed to establish I was talking to the complaints team, woo hoo! Who by the way has no options for customers to have input into the complaint, no option to voice what the actual issue is, because by this time I was beyond the item not being dispatched, again I requested transcript, agent said I have to screenshot, ah ah, I am one step ahead! On 3 occasions in this chat I requested a DSAR, on the 3rd attempt I actual asked if they could tell me what a DSAR was! The agent gave correct advised what it was then the agent explained how to get one after 3 times of asking, so looking at the list I was undecided what option would give me the info I needed, I just opted for a full DSAR. The upshot was that I needed to wait 3 days after the delivery to then Amazon will try to see if I can get refund. Today is the 3rd day, so I request refund, got an email from Amazon saying that they are unable to process a refund! I rang as now the item in question has been removed from my order list. I linked into through a different process to request a call and it was to an unknown payment section, just giving you the heads up. The agent was thorough, she read all the transactions, could see this was an issue for me, then proceeded to email the seller to request a refund! Now I have to wait a further 5/7 days for the refund to be processed! I am not have a cripe at Amazon Prime, and I completely understand that there are processes. I have never in all my years using them had a issue, but this is beyond comprehension, as a customer I expect clarity, understanding, knowledge and compassion, this has been and still is a very frustrating and stressful time, I am far past the initial part of the non dispatch/delivery, the conflicting emails, difficulties communicating my express concerns regarding this matter etc this is more now about the inexcusable managing on a customers complaints and rights, hence this review, which I have in all honesty never written a negative reveiw on Trustpilot before as I believe in postitive feedback but I feel i have no option and this is the only way forward for me! I will wait for the 5/7 days to expire to see what then happens, hopefully I will receive my refund but I will never purchase from a 3rd party seller on Amazon again, which is sad as these people are trying to make a living and I do try to use independent sellers as much as possible. This is edited as I did eventually receive my refund, just appeared in my account 5 days later, no explanation, clarity, addressing any on the grievances I had, or even a simply sorry! I have later realised that even though you purchased from Prime a lot of the items are on Amazon Market Place, so please be careful people

Afschuwelijke oplichters. Teruggestuurde spullen "komen niet aan" als je ze niet met track & trace verstuurt (waar je overigens niet op gewezen wordt in de terugstuur-instructies en wat meer kost dan het item dat je terug stuurt) maar op dezelfde manier als zij het naar jou sturen (dus via gewone post). Het label dat je moet gebruiken is zó onduidelijk dat de post het pakje eerst opnieuw bij jou bezorgt. Vervolgens komt je brievenbuspakje zelfs in je eigen land na 2 weken nog niet aan bij die klunzen. Ze bestelen je zo zelfs voor een refund van minder dan €10. In één woord: WAARDELOOS!!! Begin hier dus liever niet aan.

If the product comes from Europe they are likely to charge you the same postal charge irrespective of the weight of the item. Example I wanted to buy a BBQ cover for my DanCook 1800 BBQ the cost for the cover is £29.50 the cost of postage is £50.00 to send I believe from Germany. The cost of postage to send the actual BBQ is again £50. When I queried this they responded with Dear customer,

Amazon is a good place to shop when everything goes well. HOWEVER, when it doesn't it is truly awful. Amazon's processes ensure that it is difficult to receive a refund, even when you still haven't received the item purchased 14 days later (original estimated delivery time of three days). Even the retailer says their hands are tied until the proper procedure is followed and believe me, it is not straightforward. The Christening gift did not arrive on time and an alternative purchased (not on Amazon). Make it easy Amazon, when it goes well you are good but when something goes awry, then you are very, very BAD!!

Der Verkäufer hat die Bestellung nach geltendem Recht rechtswiedrig ohne zulässige Begründung einsteitig storniert. Amazonmarketplace reagiert nicht auf anfragen, wollen ihr Garantieversprechen nicht einlösen. Amazon ist nicht gewillt zu einer Umsetzung des rechtlichen Anszruch mitzuwirken. Sehr schlechter Service und im Ernstfall bleibt ihr auf dem zinanziellen Schaden sitzen! Finger weg, unseriöser Anbieter!

Valutate bene se comprare da Amazon Marketplace, ovvero prodotti non-Amazon.
Amazon si prende immediatamente il tuo denaro, poi declina qualsiasi responsabilità.
Rendere il prodotto, che online sembra idoneo ma una volta ricevuto meno, è impossibile.
Gli operatori telefonici, uno più fantasioso dell'altro, ti raccontano un mare di sciocchezze, al solo fine di farti desistere dall'effettuare il reso.
Chi compra online, per definizione, deve essere libero di rendere il prodotto, ovviamente non danneggiato o usurato.
Mi hanno chiesto di sobbarcarmi spese di trasporto, assicurazione ed eventuale ristoccaggio per un prodotto da 49 €.
Essendo ingombrante, le spese a mio carico, elencate sopra, erano superiori al valore dell'articolo stesso.
Il tutto è finalizzato a farti desistere dal rendere.
Soldi presi, gabbato il cliente.
Fate attenzione quindi, quando acquistate prodotti non Amazon, la truffa legalizzata è dietro l'angolo.
Informatevi, prima dell'acquisto, sulle eventuali modalità di reso, dove è ubicato il fornitore, quali sono le politiche in atto (le cambiano ogni 6 mesi, e l'ultimo a sapere è il povero cliente).
Rischiate di trovarvi un prodotto non voluto sul gobbo.
La cosa più umiliante è essere palesemente presi in giro.
L'Azienda più attenta al cliente del mondo ?

Not at all a recommended site to deal with, cost me double my order invoice price--and no help with a refund as Amazon gave my bank details to a Chinese company without my authorisation and they refuse top credit me.
Producto reacondicionado y de malisima calidad

Realice una compra en Amazon prime. De una carpa azul huigou, llegó tarde pero no importa por el tiempo en el que estamos eso es comprensible, el problema es que llegó toda roda también hay más de 3 palos aboyados la tela rajada y los adhesivos estan algunos sueltos o deshilados, entenderán que lo que vi y lo que he recibido no tiene nada que ver con lo que se pretende vender. Me siento estafada y engañada, además aún me envían un correo el vendedor pidiéndome que devuelva la mercancía que imprima una etiqueta y que lo envío yo!! En pleno covid-19 donde estamos confinados y vivo en una pueblo donde la mensajería más cercana se encuentra a más de 30 km. Esto es de risa, si creen que me voy a arriesgar a llevar este producto defectuoso y que me denuncie la policía, porque estan denunciando y no dejan salir a menos que sea para cosas de primera necesidad. Un vergüenza espero que esto se solucione no me molesten con más tonterías y me devuelvan el importe íntegro pero creo que no lo harán porque el vendedor me da largar diciendo que envíe fotos y cuando le envío más de 10 emails con las fotos vuelve a decir que no puede verlas..... Nunca he tenido problemas Amazon prime, pero esto me a disgustado y cambiado mucho mi opinión sobre los productos que se venden en Amazon porque esto aparte de la calidad pésima parece un producto reacondicionado.

However, just beware of Amazon's purchasing account, its designed in a way were its very easy to knock a tab by accident and before you know it; your signed up to Amazon Prime for which your charged £7.99 amonth or even Amazon's professional sellers account, were £30 has been previously debited from my account and after spending 3 hours in total, on the phone to foreign people i couldnt understand over 2 days, i had to lodge an unauthorized payment transaction with my bank to get it back!
This has happened to 2, other people i know aswell, so just be aware!
