Werbung immer schlimmer. Erst einmal dann zweimal usw. dann Immer länger... Dann dieser Störer " Jetzt aufs Handy...usw.) Drückt man dann mit der FB mal auf die OK-Taste, die bei meiner FB den Film anhält, habe ich einen Momment später eine Produkt-Nachricht. Tonqualität oft schlecht. Dialoge nicht zu hören. Musik und Hintergrundgeräusche aber voll laut. Liegt nicht an den Filmen sondern an den Streamingparametern. Viele Filme habe ich auf BR. Klar, die klingen perfekt. Aber diese Schwankungen gibt es da nicht. Dann Synchronfehler und auch Aussetzer. Serie angefangen, nach 3 Folgen müssen wir für die 4. Folge bezahlen.
So einen Schrott braucht kein Mensch!

Why do we pay a subscription only to have to rent OLD movies and get ads. The contact situation in NZ is ridiculous!! My sign in details email and phone are deactivated and I have been trying to sign in for ages but the deal is you need to sign in using those details to change it OR contact the customer service… WHERE???But quick to take the subscription payment!! What a god damn rigmarole!! OMG MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!! I want my subscription stopped and after 4yrs of being with Prime IM DONE!!

Ads are worse than youtube. For a subscription service to have so many ads is just a joke.

I've watched all 5 series of Slow Horses and started on the 6th. I watched one partial episode of the Armstrong and Miller show, and suddenly Slow Horses has gone from my recent playlist. I have to bloody type it in.
Clarkson's Farm is still there, which I last watched months ago, but the thing I watched yesterday and had watched for weeks is gone. Lazy sh*t programming. Simple as that. Lazy sh*t programming. Easily resolved trillions of dollars, can't be arsed to do a proper job.
This could be easily resolved without writing a correct simple program by even having the Watchlist front and centre on the main page but we don't get that either. Presumably, we're too stupid or lazy to keep looking so we watch something else. Genuinely, I think idiot execs will have sat round and decided this is the best way to go.

Far too many ads, ruins any viewing experience. The fact that it’s paid for and still comes with ads is a disgrace. Has to be the worst streaming service

troppa pubblicità e troppo spesso, su una piattaforma di streaming è assurdo, su YouTube ad esempio non pago nulla e ci sta che ci sia della pubblicità a volte, ma che non può minimamente essere paragonata a quella di Amazon video

Dovete marcire nelle blatte sporche di cacca e sbura con le vostre pubblicità di cacca nera. Ho pagato per prime e non mi mette le PD di adds mente guardo le serie o film, sennò mene vado su Netflix o HBO

I have the same problem that some people below have had. Cancelled my Amazon Prime subscription; still getting billed every month. Don't even try to chat with one of their representatives - you'll be sent into a representative loop of hell. Jeez, you know, stealing from the poor. Simple as that. Is Jeff Bezos not rich enough yet?

Amazon Prime Video bietet manche Serien und Filme an,die man sich, je nach Vorlieben,auch gut anschauen kann.
Leider jedoch werden die Werbespots immer häufiger und länger.Waren es sonst 2min.und ein paar Sek.sind es seit Mitte Sept.26 schon 3min.und...sec.
Die Kuh muss gemolken werden.Mehr Reichtum schadet Reichen eh nie🧐.
Und falls man versehentlich mal mit der Fernbedienung auf den Button "zur werbefreien Version wechseln"ist es auch schon geschehen.Stornieren kann man es nicht.Nur die Kündigung einreichen und dann 1 Monat werbefrei schauen.

Can't give a good review to a company that charges for shows, increasingly having tonpay extra because more and more are not included in your subscription, with really, really popular shows cancelled without explanation, ignoring what customers want to the point where there's not much point in having a subscription. Or giving them your money to be treated like crap

The adverts do seem excessively greedy, and also underhand, if I move my tablet whilst watching, it pauses and I get adverts, if I pause a show half way through, it restarts at the beginning meaning I have to watch more adverts, but because I feel they are complicit in fraud, I refuse to buy any products that are advertised, so Virgin Media, Post code lottery, Fabreze, know that I will never purchase your products.

Sempre più pubblicità. Assurdo dover subire così tante interruzioni per un prodotto sempre più scadente. Presto arriverà la disdetta. Non è normale trattare in questo modo umiliante un cliente da parte di un'azienda con così tante risorse a disposizione. Meschini.

Honteux pour un service payant !

Payer un abonnement et se retrouver inondé de publicités au milieu des programmes, c'est tout simplement inacceptable. On ne signe pas pour se faire imposer des coupures publicitaires intempestives comme sur une chaîne gratuite, surtout après les récentes augmentations. Si on veut du contenu sans pub, on nous pousse à repasser à la caisse pour un supplément malhonnête. Une étoile, c'est encore trop cher payé pour ce mépris des clients. Fuyez !
