Honteux pour un service payant !

Payer un abonnement et se retrouver inondé de publicités au milieu des programmes, c'est tout simplement inacceptable. On ne signe pas pour se faire imposer des coupures publicitaires intempestives comme sur une chaîne gratuite, surtout après les récentes augmentations. Si on veut du contenu sans pub, on nous pousse à repasser à la caisse pour un supplément malhonnête. Une étoile, c'est encore trop cher payé pour ce mépris des clients. Fuyez !

So schlecht dieser Streamingdienst. Da bezahlt man monatlich und wird trotzdem mit Werbung zu gefüllt. Dazu ist die Usability miserabel. Einfach unfassbar geldgierig und kundenunfreundlich. Wenn es gegangen wäre, hätte ich keinen Stern abgegeben.

Prime Video is riddled with ads. Paying for a subscription only to have shows constantly interrupted by repetitive commercials is incredibly frustrating. The extra charge to remove ads makes the experience feel even worse. There’s some good content, but the excessive advertising seriously hurts the value.

Bezos is a billionaire but yet he makes it a point to shove your ridiculous commercials down the hard working Americans throat. Really?? Aren’t you rich enough?? So, I make it a point to NEVER watch a commercial!! I mute the program and walk away!!!!! I already pay a monthly fee to watch prime, which keeps going up??? Thanks.

I somehow managed to recieve more than 23 ads in one sitting. They were also all 2 Minute Ads.
After this horrible ass experience where i watched a constipated Ice Cube stare at a Computer Screen for 90 Minutes while larping about Amazon
i then actually managed to shit my pants in frustration in front of 200 people.
Unbeknowst to me, My landlord was in my college class. As He then saw the huge ass stain on my pants.
Which led to my expulsion and eventual lack of a home.
There in the filthy streets of New York, I spent the remainder of my days in contemplation
As i thought of how my life would have changed if i did not experience this life altering event...

Man schaut drei Staffeln einer Serie - und ausgerechnet bei der letzten Folge, in der die ganze Handlung aufgelöst wird, steht plötzlich: "In deiner Region nicht mehr auf Prime Video verfügbar."

Das muss man auch erst einmal schaffen: Den Kunden drei Staffeln schauen lassen und ihm dann das Ende vorenthalten.

Ähnlich zuverlässig sind offenbar die Angaben zur Sprache. Ein Film wird mit "[dt./OV]" gekennzeichnet, eine deutsche Tonspur existiert aber gar nicht.

Wenn Inhalte und Sprachversionen anders angegeben werden, als sie tatsächlich verfügbar sind, ist "irreführend" noch eine ziemlich freundliche Beschreibung.

Für einen kostenpflichtigen Streamingdienst ist das einfach nur ärgerlich. Ein Stern.

Amazon Prime hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Man bezahlt, damit man ohne Werbung ein Film sehe kann und trotzdem wird man inzwischen mit Werbung überflutet. In einer einzigen Folge kommen bis zu vier Werbeunterbrechungen, und jede davon dauert teilweise über zwei Minuten. Inakzeptabel. Ich werde mein Abo nicht mehr verlängern. Nur noch Werbung, man erstickt in Werbungen.

Sort out the adverts Amazon, they are an absolute joke, happening more often and are now between 5 and 6.5 minutes long...ridiculously greedy.

Langsam nervt es echt heftig. Da findent man mal ein Film, der nicht nur trash ist, neben dem Titel steht gross dt/OV und rate mal was es nicht gibt genau DT... so viel Schrott ist in allen Sprachen verfügbar ausser Deutsch und das obwohl es noch explizit da steht...

Le service vous fait commencer une video avant la pub meme si en quittant le film vous etiez après la coupure pub... Les sous titres ne fonctionnent pas avec 2 langues dans un film.

In 2023 heb ik bij Amazon een abonnement afgesloten waarbij Prime Video voor € 2,99 per maand werd aangeboden, zonder advertenties. Op basis van die voorwaarden heb ik bewust voor dit abonnement gekozen en jarenlang ook precies die dienst ontvangen. Nu wordt het maandbedrag verhoogd met € 4,99, waarbij Amazon stelt dat deze verhoging niet ziet op het advertentievrij kijken, maar op het basisabonnement. Dat vind ik volstrekt ongeloofwaardig. Het basisabonnement maakte immers vanaf het begin onderdeel uit van de overeenkomst die ik voor € 2,99 heb afgesloten. Door achteraf een kunstmatig onderscheid te maken tussen het basisabonnement en advertentievrij kijken, wordt feitelijk alsnog een forse prijsverhoging doorgevoerd op een bestaande overeenkomst.

Ik ervaar deze handelswijze als zeer misleidend. Als Amazon in 2023 een abonnement aanbiedt onder bepaalde voorwaarden en klanten op basis daarvan een overeenkomst aangaan, kan Amazon naar mijn mening niet jaren later de prijs bijna verdubbelen door administratief een ander onderdeel van dezelfde dienst aan te wijzen als reden voor de verhoging. Had ik bij het afsluiten geweten dat Amazon op deze manier met de gemaakte afspraken zou omgaan, dan had dat mijn beslissing om het abonnement af te sluiten beïnvloed. Dat raakt wat mij betreft aan de kern van dwaling en voelt als het omzeilen van de oorspronkelijke afspraak. Mijn kritiek richt zich nadrukkelijk niet op de medewerker van de klantenservice, die slechts het beleid van Amazon moet uitleggen, maar op Amazon zelf en de manier waarop het bedrijf met bestaande klanten en eerder gemaakte afspraken omgaat.

Lo sapete che Lenor ha la profumazione Capri? Nel caso non lo sapeste, basta avviare un qualsiasi video e, in pochi minuti, vedrete la pubblicità almeno 5 o 6 volte per una qualsiasi puntata da 40 minuti. Ah dimenticavo, oltre a Lenor Capri, c'è anche Swiffer...

Honestly just don’t even get Amazon prime. There is constant adverts for at least 3 minutes every 20 minutes of the movie. You have to pay to watch anything good and if you want to watch a series of movies, only one is actually available to watch for free.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE that the movie is in English and you have French and Dutch subtitles, I do not care about those languages the movie is in English! How hard is it to put English in everything??? Do sth about it

Amazon Prime needs to refresh their content that a person sees every time they go into the service. It shouldn't be this hard to find a new movie or new content to watch.

Nothing is free or without ads. They suck you in with one episode of a series, then charge for each and every episode.
Completely worthless. Too bad the don’t have 0 stars as an option.

The amount of advertising on Amazon Prime is ridiculous. Constant interruptions. I’ve stopped watching anything on Prime.
