Great product and well packed and presented
The sweets are excellent and packed well in various boxes - have used them for many years and consistently good taste and quality
not happy with delivery - wanted it for AM but delivered late evening - courier rang bell and left box on doorstep without waiting!

I’m Jogesh Karecha and I live in Manchester. I placed the order for my sister Bhartiben who lives in Norbury London. The way your website works one can not specify the sender’s name. Which is shame.

The payment system is down & there is…
The payment system is down & there is no way of contacting this company. I phoned up & was hung up on. Awful customer service!!
I'm now expecting the same reply as all the negative reviews on here within the last 2-3 months. It seems since cakebox have taken over, the company has gone downhill. I shall now purchase from a more reputable company.

Although Indian sweets may be available elsewhere I have always found that Ambala sweets are exceptionally good quality. The order receipt and dispatch are as requested and arrived on the day advised by Ambala.
