Amber Makes was set up by two friends, Amy and Rebecca who wanted to use their skills and passions to create unique sewing kits featuring beautiful prints and illustrations with clear concise instructions.
Luckily, they have different but very complementary skills as Rebecca can sew and Amy can draw. They realised that together they could create great quality designs and kits that you really want and, equally important, that really work.

Great projects for experienced and new sewers
Really great projects printed on good quality fabric. They also list all the extra things you will need to complete the project without making you buy a complete set each time. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I am an experienced sewer and I love some of these projects, they are also pretty easy for a beginner to do with the video tutorials available for each item. Great kits
I do love the Amber Makes designs and my sewing room (well spare bedroom) is more like an Amber Makes show room!
The kits are fantastic with lovely attention to detail on the panel and easy to follow instructions with the added bonus of a video.
This latest kit was a present for my niece who has just started her sewing journey. I ordered about midday and received the kit two days later so great service as well.
What a great team and fantastic customer experience 😊

I Have had a few kits and patterns which have always been really easy to follow. The videos I find really useful mostly to confirm that I have understood any bits I found tricky. I have recommended you to all my stitching friends.
