My order was prepred and despatched within 24 hrs. When one parcel had to be returned (damaged by the carrier) they prepared and despatched another which I recieved the following day. Can't get better... Ver mais

I ordered 2x 25kg bags of pellet but…
I ordered 2x 25kg bags of pellet but only one arrived. The parcel that was delivered clearly shows 1 of 2 on the label and i have been charged for 2x 25kg bags of pellet . Maybe the courier is at fault on this occasion ?

From ordering to delivering this product and seller where perfect. We ordered on a bank holiday on a Saturday. We then got a phone call on Tuesday at 9-10 to ask when we wanted delivery. I said tomorrow and sure enough the product was delivered on Wednesday. 400kg delivered so quick. Thank you

Unfortunately the delivery was not so good as they did not deliver to my door left it in the porch area of the.block
