I have worn out 2 Ameribags already. That's why I ordered another. I think Ameribags are excellent.

This is my wife's 4th ameribag. She wanted navy blue leather, but that wasn't available, so we settled on navy fabric. If you ever make a navy blue in leather, let me know.

I have sent an email to ameribag that I bought last year about the front pocket that pulled apart and never heard back from them.

This is my third AmeriBag!! I definitely like the new padding which was not a part of the earlier designs.I like that they are comfortable, functional and stylish!

This is not my first Ameribag. The configuation of the bag and the pockets for storing items are perfect. The key holder is perfect.

There was a delay getting the bag to me in time, but customer service was great in following up and offering to replace the bag if it never came. The post office was at fault and I have experienced delays with them in the past. I wish UPS had not transferred the package to the post office. I think UPS delivery is more trustworthy.

Great back bag. Love that it has a lot of departments. Makes bag lighter on your back and shoulders. I highly recommend these bags.
