Super bummed about this shopping…
Super bummed about this shopping experience. I originally ordered a Patou hat in small and was too small so I retuned it. It takes about 10-14 days for them to acknowledge the return since it’s in Europe and I’m in the US. Fine, makes sense. I opted for a store credit since it said it would be a quicker option.
Went to repurchase the hat in another size with the help of one of their customer service reps on the phone helping me. Basically he had me buy yet another hat using my stored credit card and not my store credit. He said dont worry it will revert once the purchase is made. Needless to say i had to go back and forth for days trying to get someone to refund the purchase and buy it with the credit and then another couple weeks for my credit back to my card for the purchase I didn’t want to make.
Every time I had to talk to a customer service reps, they had Indian accents. Nothing against Indians but I dont know why we can’t talk to someone who is actually at Darveys and not some outsourced person.
Never again will I buy from them, I even deleted the app. 👎🏻

I loved this site!!! They were very prompt and left me notes along the way where my purchase was in the process. I'm in America so it was nice knowing where everything was in transit. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here in the future!!
