Don't be fooled. This is all Chinese manufactured. I've spent £30 to send my items back and it's been nearly 5 months and the company are still saying they haven't had my return. Awful company that deserves to be liquidated. Do not waste your money!!

Ordered an item and resived a different item. There costumer service representative that was Called Emmanuel did not like what I was telling him and he was emailing me on 30% refund only when I was telling him is not what I paid or seen on your advertisement. Please do not use this company as they are Scams.

Ordered 22nd Feb so it should have arrived by now .My nephew's tracksuit ,so after reading these reviews I know it won't be coming..they should be investigated on watchdog..taking money straight away before items are dispatched.Trust pilot could you not pass this issue over to watchdog .

Spend around £90 nothings come blantant scam messaged them on social media then they deleted all there accounts rubbish oderd in January

I ordered a windbreaker for my brothers birthday which i saved money for on the 12 december. It is now the 16 February and i still have not received it. My order number was 4215 and i emailed many times and didnt get any responses

My daughter ordered 2 tracksuits from this company on the 18th December for my grandson for Christmas with a delivery date of 3-7days and we are now 10th of February and still no sign of the parcels order number #3035 £69.95 she has also tried to contact them through email and instagram with no success if they look at this review I will be contacting trading standards so if they have any decent bone in their body send the product or a refund be for I take action

I ordered a tracksuit for my son from this company on the 20 January 2024. Since I had not heard from them, I emailed them to check when I would receive my parcel. I had heard social media that the company might be a scam. So, I then went on the government database to check the company's file, and then I found nothing wrong. I gave myself a few weeks to see if anything positive will come out of it, however no joy. so I emailed the company and had no response. How do I get my refund of £30? I would advise people not to shop from this company, as I perceive it to be a scam.

They offered me 2 tracksuits and a windbreaker for 20.They had scammed me in the past for £42 but i decided to take the risk again.Worst choice ever.They told me it would come within 5-7 working days and they will send my tracking number. instagram tiny**1. Please send my items or refund my money

just a scam. ordered tracksuit on the 23rd december it has now been a whole month.i was told it was still in manufacturing and when i've asked for an update or a refund i get ignored and left on read.

I ordered a men's reflective classic logo Hoddie on 17th december, and have still not received it. Order number 2896 . I have emailed them multiple times and have received no reply, I have asked for an update or refund and looks like they are a scam company.If any rep from Amoure is reading this please reply to me asap and we can sort it out and I will then happily update and change this review for the better, At the moment I am unhappy and I am out of pocket. I am also prepared to report this to trading standards if you don’t get in touch soon. I look forward to hearing from you.

Scam didn't get my order a month and a half later

i want a update on my sons order how can u scam people like this!!! He's 14 saved his money to buy this makes me so mad how you can rip kids off.... i've emailed you over 10 times and still nothing!!!

To everyone reading this u have been robbed for your money just the same as I have had mine robbed. This is what clothing company's are doing when their business is collapsing

Ordered son a tracksuit 2 weeks before Xmas arrived a week later which I could let go due to time of year.After Xmas I also received an email saying that I was one of 30 people who had won a tracksuit as long as I covered the postage cost.i replied to the email a few times and got instant replies all the way up until I picked my tracksuit and paid the postage and now i cannot get a reply off them for the life of me? Its as if all they wanted was to scam me in to sending them the postage money which I stupidly did and now they're ignoring my emails to which I have sent to 2 different email addresses they claim to be theirs? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPAMY TO ANYONE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS!!! The best part is I would've been a very good customer as my son actually loves the tracksuit I bought him for Xmas so i would've bought more 🤷🤦

Can i have a refund please on my tracksuit? Maybe reply to your emails? Or even reply to this? Dont claim to deliver in 1-3 working days if no one is getting their orders. Its been a good 2 weeks

I ordered a grey oversized tracksuit on the 10th January I’ve emailed them twice asking for a refund and they still haven’t replied to me it says delivered comes between “1-3” days I don’t know why your giving people false hopes with ur delivery id like to issue a refund if that’s possible.
