Completely disappointed in this brand my order #3360 hasn’t been dispatched or even sent to my house from 26th of December I’ve tried numerous of times sending them emails after emails which puts me in a position I don’t want to be in after they took my money away I do NOT recommend this brand to anyone and I’d like my money back or my items which I had purchased immediately.

i’ve ordered a tracksuit on the 29th december 2023 it has still not arrived i’ve had no answer back from the multiple emails i’ve sent to them i messaged them on every social media platform and snapchat the only reply i got on snapchat was that it was in manufacturing which they told me twice other than that they left all my messages on opened on snapchat and never gave me an update like i asked their customer service is terrible and was going to message them again on snapchat today to only see that they had blocked me i spent £60 on their website and am so upset as this was a bday present to my boyfriend do not order from their website!!! my order number is #3668 all i want is to receive my parcel if not i am going to contact the bank to get my money back!!

I have ordered a product from this website, have not received the product and have had no communication at all after multiple emails sent, would not recommend at all!!!

I have placed my order on january the 3rd order #3813 and its been 14 days. My order says it should have arrived within 1-7 business days. so im not sure if this is a scam or not, however, if i dont hear from you i am prepared to report this.

I would like to put 0 stars!! Order 1726 this order was paid for over a month ago and on many occasions promised refund which is nearly £150 of my 14 year old sons Christmas budget. Thank you for ruining his Christmas much appreciated. You have taken so long with the refund that my account has now been closed and I have other bank details which I doubt you will send thr refund anyway as your company seems like a complete scam. The ratio of people not following up chasing there money is probably high but you have knocked the wrong people this time. I will be contacting trading standards it's about time you guys get stopped with all this money scam. Stop getting your mates putting up good reviews there fake 100% what company takes 4 weeks for a refund and do not reply to emails says it all. I will make sure I take you and your fake company to court even if it cost me more than the refund to stop this from happening over and over again. I will post on ever social media and all friends and family to post too this was not worth the £150 for you guys. Congratulations 🎊 👏 knocking a 14 year old boy disgrace

These lot are scammers wastemen fr imagine scamming people out there own hard earned money but may allah bring judgment on them and punish them for the amount of bad they have done they take your money and ignore and say the same stuff over n over again they can fully suck there mums especially the guy wi gay ass long ass dreads deffo gets it pulled when he receives backshots BIG WASTEMEN

Update to my previous review; I was asked for my order number so they could "cancel the order". I provided this last week and asked for confirmation and I'm being ignored once again. Reporting to trading standards.

i made an order on the 25th of december and the pruduct has still not come or even sent proof or shippage do not buy from here

My step son wanted me to order him 2 tracksuits out of his Christmas money (£100) and was literally counting down the day till they arrived and they never did. I ordered them on the 28th of December order #3630 1-7 working days to arrive. I know it hasn’t been much over but looking at these reviews I’m not hopeful. I have emailed them and contacted them on instagram with no reply. Shocking company! Would ideally like a refund ASAP!!

Ordered a hoody for my son’s birthday on 1st January. Not received the item, no tracking. tried to email and no reply from them. Either want the hoody sent and delivered or my money back! Order #3748. Please get it sorted Amoure before I take this further.

My order #4209 was meant to arrive 1-3 business days and I’m still waiting for my package

i ordered a hoodie and joggers on the 22nd of december and have been waiting since it say’s completed on the amoure website but evri still says they are expecting it i got a reply the first time i emailed and they asked for my order number and date of order and then just have stopped replying since i have emailed 3 times so far and still no reply but got sent an email from them about a tracksuit on the tenth of jan i am fuming

Ordered on the 19th of December with the promise of 2-10 days delivery, it is now the 11th of January and not even any proof of package being shipped, order still shows “processing” and all of my messages and emails are being ignored. I even messaged them on Instagram and after multiple back and forth they are now reading my messages and ignoring me.DO NOT BUY

Also ordered a tracksuit on the 26th December my emails are now not being returned. My son ordered this from his Christmas money after seeing a Instagram post. Doesn’t give you much hope of receiving as order still says processing and getting no reply

On the 21st of December I order a full ‘money is good’ tracksuit from amoure uk with my order number being #3222 which they then sent a confirmation email back saying my purchase had been processed and it would take 2-9 business days excluding the weekend. I received nothing within and after that period even emailed them on the 27th asking for the update on the tracksuit I had purchased, they then emailed me back a day later saying their on holiday and will be back on the 3rd which I acknowledged and decided to allow them. I also sent them a message on instagram which they didn’t respond to on the 30th of December but bear in mind they’re are active posting on the story etc. Furthermore I emailed them back yesterday on the 8th of January asking for an update and if not for them to give me back a refund and still I haven’t heard back from. Wouldn’t advice no one to order from amoure, they’ll just sheg you like they’ve done to myself and others.

I ordered a men's reflective classic logo Hoddie and joggers on 16th december, and have still not received it. Order number 2818. I have emailed them and have received no reply, I have asked for an update or refund and it seems to be they are a scam company. I have also emailed you on instragram. If any rep from Amoure is reading this please reply to me asap and we can sort it out and I will then happily update and change this review for the better, At the moment I have a unhappy son and I am out of pocket. I am also prepared to report this to trading standards. I look forward to hearing from you.

Ordered on Dec 9th. Emailed and kept saying its on its way, now completely ignoring my emails .. I'm gonna report them to trading standards and fraud through my bank its disgusting. Was supposed to be my sons Xmas present

Scammers. made an order on the 29th, it says the delivery time is 4-7 days, and yet still i have no update on order #3671. don’t buy from here. absolute joke.

they supposedly “refunded” my order and gave me no transaction. absolute fraud of a company

every time i question these guys they say wait 5-7 days, even after my order is “refunded” with no transaction they are telling me to wait another 5-7 days for DELIVERY🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️such an unprofessional brand ffs
