I can’t recommend this mortgage company highly enough. From my very first enquiry, the team were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring.
Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt kept up to date and supported. They genuinely had my best interests at heart and worked hard to find the right mortgage for my situation.

Very easy to deal with, great communicating, easy to speak to, got the mortgage through fast.

I was so petrified with applying for a mortgage being a first time buyer, as I know it can be hard work
from what iv been told by ppl who started theyr process and so on.. alex is my mortgage advisor and hes been nothing
but amazing and supportive i am so overwhelmed and so happy.

I contacted Access Mortgage Solutions (AMS) to find out whether I qualified for a complex - HMO-type - mortgage where I knew that 'access to the whole of the market' was key.

From my initial call, my request was handled brilliantly. Alex speedily absorbed all the relevant data required from me and was intuitive, friendly and professional in his questions and feedback.

He quickly ascertained how niche a product I was looking for and homed in on the one mortgage provider in the country that could help me.

I was impressed throughout with Alex's attitude, how proactive he was and 'in my corner' and how he didn't stint when examining all possibilities in the mortgage market.
