Ok so start to finish, ams have been incredible. Being married but wanting a sole ownership mortgage severely limited my options and a less than perfect credit rating led me to looking for a specialist broker and lender.

I contacted ams and initially spoke to Luke Taylor who helped me get started and found me a brilliant mortgage offer, explained everything as he went and helped me to get the application started.

I then was passed to the lovely Claire Golder who eased me through the full application process and supported me throughout and got me through the full application to offer. Claire was fantastic and really helped me to understand the process.

Finally I was passed to Shanita Nevers who guided me through the final stages to completion, she was so lovely and helped to get things moving between the solicitors and supporting me throughout the stress of conveyancing.

Both Claire and Shanita were so supportive and helped coordinate the solicitors to completion. I couldn’t thank them all at ams enough.

Thank you Claire for your patience and support throughout a lengthy process. I was a complicated case and when I felt like giving up, your support kept me going. AMS are lucky to have you.

We, as a family, returned to the UK from living in France in 2021. As we had moved to France we had no British credit rating and had to start from the beginning, therefore obtaining a mortgage was extremely difficult. Luke, Claire & Sophie from AMS were absolutely great in helping us secure a mortgage. They went above & beyond in every aspect of the process. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys and after trying a number of other companies without success, they managed to get us a mortgage so we could buy our 'forever home'. I utterly and completely endorse AMS and am certain that if we hadn't engaged them, we still would be struggling to find somewhere permanent to live. I honestly cant thank you enough guys! If you are having trouble getting hold of a mortgage, try these guys, I really believe that if they cant do it, nobody can!

I am so glad I found AMS to remortgage my HMO property. After dealing with multiple brokers that could not find me a reliable lender I was losing hope that my BRRR was a bad investment but after calling AMS and explaining my situation Alex was confident he could find me a deal and that he did and with SPEED did not mess about and got it done. Don't get me wrong AMS are expensive, they are a specialist broker but the premium paid reflects the service provided. I would not hesitate recommending AMS to anyone struggling with conventional brokers. Would use them again.

Sometimes when dealing with a broker you just don't know what you're getting yourself into. However for AMS from the first consultation info gathering ( Luke) was very professional. You will be luckiest person if you deal with Claire. Not just prefect professional, but she has been very supportive through out the process. She has deep knowledge and experience about the needs of the client and reqirements of the lender. From day one she will let you know about the positives and negatives of the case so the client will get the chance and time. She has been guiding me throughout.
Needless to say that my case was not smooth and ofcourse full of hurdles but as mentioned above, I have been lucky to get Alex initially and Clair as a case worker. I wish I could give her 6 stars.

I found ams when I was at a loss. I was desperate to remortgage removing my ex after a particularly rough few years. My credit was poor and I thought my only option was to sell my family home and rent. I first dealt with Luke who was brilliant from the off, so quick , reassuring and responsive. He had my file over to the lender in a matter of 24 hours, then Claire picked up my case, she was quick in requesting info , sending to lender and chasing updates for me. All in all I was offered the mortgage in less than 4 weeks. Both luke and Claire have 5 stars ⭐️ from me. Thank you so much. If you are looking for a broker that will work hard for you and deliver then AMS is the place. We struggled with other brokers but Alex Silver turned what we thought was an impossible situation to possible. Alex was so honest, efficient, quick to respond and also so personable.
