The purse I originally received did have an issue with the zip, this was dealt with very professionally and kindly and was replaced with the addition of a gift which is also of good quality, high standard. The gift was offered, which was a lovely surprise, thank you Amy. The products, fabrics, colours of the accessories sold by Amy Britton Accessories are of very good quality, it is hard to choose, spoilt for choice. I will be buying from them again as I know many of my friends would be delighted to receive these products as a gift. Thank you.
