I have just received the brown butter Swift tote. The rich heavy grain pebbled leather and clean lines make this an understated but beautiful bag. The rounded handles feel comfortable on my shoulder, This is my fourth Tusting handbag so I clearly have a bit of an obsession - first the Darcy in oxblood, then the Darcy in pecan, and not so long ago the Hazel in date suede. They are all unique in their own way and yet it feels as though I might have had them for years. Elegant and timeless designs, quality craftsmanship, and first class customer service. Thank you Tusting, you have a customer for life.

Brilliant customer service from Lucy and team. I wanted to buy a couple of small items in Crimson, a colour which wasn’t showing in the new season Autumn colours. The glasses case and credit card holder were still available; the leather quality and colour are gorgeous - I did not realise I needed a glasses case like this until now, rather than the usual bulky ones. I followed up buying the small zip pouch in Oxblood to organise my tote bag. Also, brilliant quality and colour. The despatch was very fast, and the wrapping was lovely - an all-round wonderful shopping experience. Many thanks.

Not surprised to see such overwhelmingly positive reviews, I had a reaction to one of the products (my issue, I have v sensitive skin) they were helpful and we are working to try and find a replacement product that I can use. Cooperative, kind, understanding - excellent service!

Purchased the Mini Holly in Tan and Journal cover in Sunset. Placed my order on a Friday and it was delivered to Melb, Australia by the following Tuesday. Brilliant!
Unfortunately, there was an issue with the leather on the flap of the Mini Holly. Emailed customer service and without hesitation a return and replacement was arranged immediately.

I ordered a mini Holly to be custom made. As part of the customisation (30% price uplift), I was able to choose to make the bag into a two-tone bag, including a leather that is not usually available on the mini Holly.

I chose two different leathers, silver hardware instead of gold, a specific lining and a shortened strap. As well as this customisation , I also chose (at an additional fee) to have a phrase that is meaningful to me blind embossed on the back in the font of my choosing.

This bag is exceptional, it is beautifully made and is perfect in every way. It smells absolutely beautiful, like the shoe shops of my childhood. The shape of this bag is so beautifully reminiscent of the 1950s and yet it is surprisingly spacious.

I can fit in a powder compact, mascara, lipstick, car keys, packet of tissues, lip balm, small hand cream, hand sanitiser, iPhone, credit card holder, a comb/folding brush, tweezers, nail file, and sunglasses, all without putting the bag under pressure or even opening the side poppers.

The bag comes beautifully packaged in a lovely quality dust bag and the delivery information is accurate and extensive.

The customer service is excellent, it’s like customer service used to be.

This bag is more expensive than any others that I own but the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail is worth so much more than its price. I have learned from my past mistakes in terms of the leather bags I have purchased and my primary reason for choosing Tusting was the longevity of the product and the ability to repair, as well as the company heritage.

Absolutely delighted with this purchase and now I need to start saving up for a summer toned one!

I am a long time handbag customer of Tusting and I recently bought a Medium Canvas Explorer. Beautifully made, perfect size and very stylish. As I needed the bag quickly I rang to check they had the colour I wanted in stock. The lovely customer service lady went to the workshop to check stock of the colour I wanted. She rang me back promptly and my order arrived the following day. Not only are all their bags brilliant, customer service is second to none. Thank you Tusting!

Tusting handbags are by far my favourite now. The quality of every detail and their wonderful choice of colours and beautiful leathers make me return again and again.
I have had negative experiences with the customer service of other companies, but I can truthfully say that Tusting customer service is without equal.They are friendly, helpful , and very accommodating if I want something special. My latest acquisition is a bespoke Sienna handbag. They happily made it in beautiful soft silver suede leather, and lengthened the short strap so that it sits a little lower. It is perfect and I am thrilled with it. I also love that my bag arrived to me in America post free and within three or four days. Amazing service!. Thank you Tusting !. You are absolutely the best!

This brand is a hidden gem! The craftsmanship that goes into each bag is amazing! I have three bags from Tusting.
I have two Holly bags, and a suede Sienna bag. I first purchased my Oxblood Holly. I loved it so much that I was in need of a navy bag. I went shopping on Tusting's website, and not only purchased my navy Holly, but my Sienna as well. They are so well priced that I could purchase two bags and feel really great about it! This brand is like no other. If you buy one of their bags, you will not be sorry!

Absolutely great experience! I bought the leather laptop sleeve in Ivy (dark green) and a key-holder in Ivy too. The products are top-quality and really beautiful, the packaging is also gorgeous. And the buying exprience went beyond my expectations: upon receiving my confirmation e-mail, I let them know I would've wanted my son's initials in the key-holder too, as I had requested for the laptop sleeve, but that I had not been able to find the personalisation options under the key-holder. They immediately answered that they would do it anyway, for free! I can not recommend them enough. Truly delighted!

Having a bit of a beast of a laptop, I reached out to see if my 15" diagonal screen size would fit in their laptop sleeve. Gave the measurements. Gillian responded (turns out they did a mock-up) and I ordered. The laptop sleeve is gorgeous and the leather is divine. Supple and soft. Its thickness is such that it moulds around my laptop versus some more inexpensive brands for my other laptop that act more like a case versus a sleeve. Highly recommended and great customer service. Quality is top-notch.

I purchased a leather notebook cover. This was not my first purchase from Tusting. I knew the quality would be excellent and I am not disappointed. The leather has a beautiful patina and I know I will have years of happy use. The packaging of the notebook in itself was a delight. My gift to me!

Perfect bags, perfect customer service.
I am a bag addict and have bought from many of the designer houses over the years but can safely say my Tusting bags are the highest quality I own. I bought one and soon bought another 2 just a few weeks later - the quality is that good.
The customer service is really like no other brand. They email personally back if you have any queries and I was able to make a bespoke bag in the leather colour of my choice - the communication was fantastic and I got my bespoke bag in under a week!
They are my favourite brand.
