So I ordered this products February 28th to take on my trip out of the country for which I leave on March 14. Hoping to get it before I left as they state delivery within 2-6 business days. Not knowing they were out of stock which I didn’t find out until after I emailed them asking about my order. They said they emailed me letting me know they didn’t have the product in stock which I never received. FYI customer service is not that great. I asked to cancel my order and they told me they couldn’t because it was processing WTF. How can you process an order if you don’t have the product in stock like do I look stupid.Today I was told after a email I sent 24 hours ago that the product would not be in stock for 2 weeks which means I will not get it for 3 weeks and will not be able to get the items because I will be out of the country. First off if you are out of stock you should let people know on the website. So people will not or can’t purchase them item until it’s restocked and don’t state 2-6 business days if you can’t guarantee that. Now I have to go and dispute the charge with my bank as I spent over $150 for this product that I will not receive.

Disappointing customer service not as advertised. If you want a refund, the product should not be used or open. How would you know if the product works or not
Costly duty taxes if shipped to Canada. Take note Hair oil is not hair serum
Left my hair very dry, won’t buy again

Amyla Cosmetics is such a curl friendly product for all curly hair types. It allows my hair and texture to look beautiful in its natural state. It controls my oils and frizz really well.

I ordered some hair products on November 29, 2024 from Amyla cosmetics and company i found through Instagram ads. For maybe 2 weeks I got no update about shipment so I emailed them on December 13 2024 about this. I got a bogus response about one of the products I ordered being out of stock. I demanded a refund on Dec 17 2024 after seeing some bad reviews online. Since then I have gotten multiple emails giving me the runaround. They claimed to have shipped the products on Dec 19 2024 and it supposedly got delivered to some address in Pennsylvania on January 27 2025. I am still asking for my money back and all they have done is to ask me to confirm my mailing address which has never been incorrect. SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I purchased the rosemary line as well as a few growth oils. Shipping was fast and I received my order quickly. After suffering with post partem shedding since having my baby I can truly say the oil works great for my hair. It's non greasy and it absorbs well. I can actually use it everyday. As for the rosemary line I love every product from the shampoo to the leave in. It softened and moisturized my hair well. The slip was there also so that's a mega plus. For reference my hair type is curly/coils 3c, 4a.

Service delivery was a top tier. The products are worth every coin. I'm in love with The Amyla hair growth serum and how hydrated my curls are... talk about the smell of the products, soo soothing.

I have nothing good to say about Amyla Cosmetics. I, unfortunately, bought from them in November 2024 and received my parcel in January 2025, all spray bottles were broken and the product dried out. They debit my account unauthorised every month. I have requested that they stop this but it keep happening everymonth

The product are really good if you have got it you’re missing you should get it and try it

No word can describe what Amyla products had done to my hair. I've always had dry and itchy scalp and ever since applying Amyla products, just WOW my scalp is no longer dry and itchy and my hair is shiny and strong so I would definitely recommend
