I hired AMZ One Step to do my product photography for my first product launch on Amazon. I had some sticker shock when I got the initial price, but they provided me with a full suite of pictures, a video and A+ content; I have everything I need and all of the media that they produced was beautiful, clean and professional. So I think it was well worth the investment. Their turnaround time was very fast. They listened to my ideas and made them real. They also edited the images and video to meet all of my requests. Excellent company, would definitely recommend.

Amazon One Step does excellent work! Fantastic quality pictures. I love the creativity they put into the infographics. (I had to knock off a star due to their long wait times getting through the photo studio).

Our experience with AMZ One Step has contributed to a decline in our overall businesses sales in the last year and I encourage everyone to be aware before starting a project with this company.

In Nov/Dec 2022 we hired AMZ One Step to help us revamp our current Amazon listing copy, keywords, images, videos, and EBC Content... Including the content for two new products and 2 new bundles we were creating. This wasn't a small project and the price tag showcased this as well. I selected AMZ One Step because they provided an example of their work which was for a company I had partnered with in the past. I felt I could trust their abilities however, I was proven this wasn't the case.

The entire project took 11 months to complete, took over 100+ hours of my partner and I's personal time to review with a fine tooth comb, which completely delayed the launch of our new products and creative allowing for competitors to come in and take market share as we sat on the sidelines waiting for AMZ One Step to do what they claimed they would do in 45 days originally.

Our project managers were nice however, the work that was submitted to us time and time again was subpar, especially for an agency that claims they are eCommerce branding experts. They claim their services are not outsourced however, the quality of the work was terrible. Misspelled words with grammar errors, sentences that didn't even make sense, all while showcasing a complete lack of understanding of our product line and the benefits of use.

Everytime anything was submitted for our approval, we had to spend hours and hours over months and months reviewing things and making extremely detailed notes and videos explaining what changes needed to be made and why. This project created intense tension without our company and at many points we wanted to end the project but had no recourse to get our large investment back.

I've read other reviews and people have been happy with their work so maybe we just got the D team however, I would tread very carefully before hiring this organization. The massive delay in our project, and the stress it caused in the last year truly makes we wish I just created the images and videos on my own with Canva and a simple video editor.

They sold us that they were eCommerce experts however, were constantly asking us to tell them exactly what we wanted versus creating the expert content they claimed to be able to create.

We waited to write this review to allow time to see our results after uploading the assets created. However 2 months later the new copy, content, videos, and images have contributed to a significant decrease in our conversion rate compared to our old listing assets. I'm pro business and really am not a fan of negative reviews however, wanted to share our experience as it truly has affected our business in the last year.

This is my first product and AMZ One Step team helped me a lot from images, videos, listing, PPC and account management. Especially for the creative side and PPC. They did an awesome job to help me listing shined. The result was awesome, better than what I can expect. Will continue to work with AMZ One Step team for next projects and recommend them for others.

Faisal's service was excellent and composed. If anything comes up while doing business with Amazon in the future, I will definitely seek Faisal again and recommend him to everyone.

I collaborated with AMZ to create exceptional product photos. Initially, I had a call with them to discuss my product and its vision. I was impressed with their sincere efforts to understand what I wanted my customers to perceive. The communication was transparent, sincere, and prompt. After two drafts, I received some outstanding pictures for my Amazon listing. I would like to express my gratitude to Sharoz Inayat for ensuring that I received excellent Product Photos. I recommend their services.

I read the 1-star reviews before purchasing and thought it couldn't be THAT bad. I was very wrong. This agency is extremely terrible. I spent way too much money for very low quality work. Low quality video, photography, infographics, and copywriting. They claim that they don't outsource any of the work, but they lied. Project manager stated that the people working on my listing were on a different time zone and wouldn't be able to address my issues in a timely manner (they're outsourced).

I regret hiring this agency. Save your money. They charge top dollar but don't produce top-dollar work. In fact, my friends laughed at me when I showed them what I received in exchange for thousands of dollars spent! LOL

You're reading this for 1 of 2 reasons:

1. you're doing your due diligence and this is the point where you steer far away from this agency.

2. You've already paid thousands and feel scammed because of the low-quality deliverables you've received.

P.s- I haven't made a single sale using their deliverables (I split tested it). Anyways good luck.

I can not say enough great things about this company and their team members!!! They are ALL so extremely wonderful to work with - I had the pleasure of working with Faisal and Rowie, and I am so beyond grateful for all the hard work they dedicated to my project. I had a bit of a tight deadline for the content I needed, and they blew me away with the quality work they provided in the time frame I needed it completed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for top of the line services from the content they produce, to the wonderful team members they have on board. Can't wait to work with them again in the future!

Great company to work with! It was my first time working with AMZ One Step and they’re with you from the very first step to the last. It was very easy to communicate my needs, they listen to what you want and help your vision come to life. All the photos were very professional and high quality. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Will definitely work with them again for future projects!

I used AMZ One Step for photography, videography, copywriting, and A+ content

On June 15, 2023, I was told the entire process to complete my project would take 4-6 weeks.

I paid the invoice on June 21, 2023. Let's say it was on the longer end of the time frame given. Six weeks from June 21, 2023, is August 2, 2023. It has been almost THREE months since the quoted time frame ended and the project is still incomplete.

I was told something from my product was missing so I sent them another unit to be told they found it and it was misplaced.

On August 30, 2023, I was told that my images would be done "late this week to early next week." The next day I was told something else was wrong with my product which was quickly resolved. So what was AMZ One Step doing during the 2 months I was waiting if they had not even begun my images yet because something was wrong with the product? It seems they just wait as long as they can before starting the project.

On September 11, 2023, I was told that I should be getting my images that week. It was September 18, 2023, and I had no images.

On September 14, 2023, I asked "Are we still on for this week?" I was told the person who I was dealing with was waiting to hear back from their teammate regarding the eta and I was going to be kept posted. I received no updates and had to email them on September 18, 2023, asking what was going on.

I finally received the images on September 21, 2023, with a few flaws and things I don't like but I just ask for minor fixes because I am over-dealing with this company. I asked them to include a key part of my product and they told me they didn't receive it. So now these are 2 things they "didn't receive" yet I have not had one person tell me either of these things that were "missing", were missing in their orders.

On October 3, 2023, I was told the A+ content should be done midweek. On October 10, 2023, I received my A+ content, the next week. On October 16, 2023, I told the person I am working with there are a few things I would like changed and some things they forgot. It is now October 30, 2023, and I have heard nothing back from them, no updated images, nothing.

TL;DR: This company makes empty promises and lies about deadlines while putting out mediocre quality work at professional prices.

AMZ One Step was an absolute pleasure to work with. They kept me up to speed through the entire brand registry and trade mark process and were very professional to work with. They gave clear instructions on what was needed and hopped on calls when it made more sense to do a video walk through along the way. I will definitely be working with them again for future brands.
