The team at AMZ One Step is fantastic! Sharoz and Curtis did an amazing job and everything they produced exceeded my expectations. Will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

This has to be the worst Amazon service out there. I would rather hire someone from Fiverr or Upwork that would do a more professional job at a fraction of the price.

Somehow they just create higher quality content than you can find on Fiverr or anywhere else. The price is a bit higher. But the Cost of going with a cheap option is much higher

I had listing image/EBC/videos and copywriting done via AMZ One Step and the quality of the work is excellent - all of the aspects are well thought out with written plans first and delivered beyond expectations. 10/10 would recommend!

I worked with Rowie as my customer success manager and Dave for the interim. I had AMZ One Step to do up my images, A+ content and video. Although the first draft was good, it was not how I envisioned it to be. Rowie and Dave fought for me to get a reshoot and made sure that all expectations were met. Huge shout out to Rowie for making this happen!

In Oct 2023 hired them to do A+ Content for one listing to test their ability to deliver and the quality of this company's work. They Failed Miserably! I sent low level - cell phone photos for examples to show examples of the product I shipped to them. That is what they used! I was ghosted for over a month with no contact or updates. The draft work is very bad and entry-level (at best) draft quality. That is, they never allowed input or revisions to the trash they sent to be as a draft. I paid for Keywords, A+ Content and after 4 months, I have nothing but a low-level, unusable draft that is embarrassing and incomplete work. Asked for a refund and Kamaljit Singh one of the owners stated, there was nothing wrong. BEWARE, you would be better off going to Fiverr and getting a professional do our project. The reviews you see are from employees, friends, subcontractors, & their family members. They are in India and have a 2-3 Anglos in Canada as the face of the operations. I can't say anything good about them other than after they get your money you don't hear from them again, and they don't stand by their word or productions. I wasted $1700 on these unprofessional scam artists. They stole money from me and did not fulfill their agreement. Zero revisions, no communications, and even the project contact in Canada told me they were not happy with the work done. I never received what I purchased. Same your money and read the other negative reviews on the internet. They have tried hard to hide them and get friends from overseas to write positive reviews. You can see they are not real. I wish I could attach the junk they sent to me and are not ghosting me. I was suckered and scammed. The content you see on their website, YouTube, and videos are NOT what you get. They paid other people to do that, and you get work that looks like a 2nd grader did it.

Just partnered with them on our first product and they were amazing. Great communication and very helpful. Tayyaba and her team listened to what I was looking for and even took my opinions and ideas and turned them into great photos and video. The next time I have a project I will be coming back.

I had a great experience working with Rowie from AMZ one step. The work execution was as expected. Will work more in future for all my amaozn photoshoot and video.

We had a chance to work together with Sharoz from AMS One Step. The start of the project took a bit of time as we had some hiccups with getting the sample products to the studio. It was nice to see how they came up with possible quick solutions for this problem.
The communication about the project was good and smooth. There were no issues with understanding our wishes and visions.
As our products were real plus size, finding the right model took some time, but that was expected. They were able to find us the perfect match.
The outcome of the project exceeded or expectations.
We are definitely considering continuing collaboration with AMZ One Step.

The AMZ One Step Team did an amazing job helping me set up my Amazon Listing page. They answered all of my questions and offered recommendations for my business.

I had a rough time working with them. Their service was unprofessional, and they are located in different continents. Additionally, they were disorganized, as whenever someone new worked on my case, I had to provide all the information from scratch again. This was extremely frustrating! 😠

Although the process can be lengthy it was worth it in the long run! Tayyaba and the AMZ one step team delivered on all fronts!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Tayyaba. She was warm, friendly and creative. After spending 30-40 mins zoom meeting with each other, Tayyaba was able to understand my needs and produce the relevant images and a video. I provided a few feedback after the initial products and Tayyaba managed to executed the project perfectly.
