But all our products do not contain tariffs, since different countries and regions have different tariff policies.

The company was very responsive to questions I had via the Facebook messenger app. Deliver took awhile, but faster than stayed in other reviews. I feel like these are custom curtains, made to order. I’m very happy so far with the purchase.

Dissatisfied with return policy
I ordered drapes, received the drapes I ordered and was not satisfied with them. When I tried to return them I was instructed to ship/send them back to China. It was going to cost $80+ to send them back but it only cost $15 to have them shipped to me when I ordered them. Needless to say I ended up with a pair of drapes I do not like and had to order some from another company. I am very dissatisfied!!!

I am very happy with the curtains. The quality is perfect and the fabric is nice with a beautiful pattern. The shipping was also faster than I thought it would be. I need curtains for my living room soon and I would order from Anady Top again. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because there was not enough information available for the fabric. It says linen blend and I would like to know the exact composition.

ANADY TOP has AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRODUCTS! I had an issue that was my fault and there was confusion on my part but they were most patient and were very kind.
When they needed to credit my American Express for a mistake I made, it was done immediately.
Beautiful drapes and excellent quality.
I will use them again.

I love my new curtains
I love my new curtains! They came on time and were the proper length and width and were sewn beautifully, and they look beautiful! I really like the shiny white lining. I believe they will reflect the hot sun quite well.

I am amazed!!
I am amazed!!! My daughter has ordered beautiful drapes from this company twice, so I ordered 2 sets for myself. When my package arrived w/my name and address, it was not my ordered drapes. I emailed customer service immediately and they got right on it! It turned out that my order went to a lady in Pennsylvania. Anady Top had swapped the labels by accident. We were given each other’s address and telephone numbers to ship to each other. We are to be reimbursed by Anady for shipping cost and another credit of $15 for the error. (Waiting to see that on my credit card ) Anady Top is highly rated in my book for quality service and product! Will recommend highly!!!

Fabulous Custom Curtains
I was so happy with the curtains I ordered for our bedrrom that I ordered custom curtains for our celestory windows in the same room to match.
Such an easy process and we are just as happy with our second order as we were with our first!

Unethical
I would not even give this company 1 star. They sent product that had stains, flaws in the fabric and black thread sewn between the fabric and the lining. There was something wrong with every panel. They offered me a $20 refund and told me I could resolve the problems on my end. They do not stand behind their products.
